SERVICE is just awful!!! ! everyone looks like fools, since non-English speakers always pretend that they don’t enter... queues are specially created for "freeloaders" (ol inclusive, that is). constantly for beer, wine on the site there is a line from 10 to 50 people,
as the hotel is stupidly huge, at the same time more than 1000 vacationers. either they are not paid enough, or they are simply not enough for servants, or no one kicks them... hell knows... they only do that they catch "heifers" (by the way, the composition is international, but for some reason they are being only our women). in the restaurant "ol inclusive" also with alcohol troubles - it is given out by the waiter serving your 10 tables, and you just often have to wait 10 minutes for you to pour wine... and then, the "fool" still turns on, and they "do not understand What is Red Wine.
those. the hotel is normal, in kr. least for a man, the room is quite comfortable... there are courts, 3 pools, slides, the first line of the beach, normal sand... but the lazy rude staff a la soviet union stupidly spoiled the rest...

I don’t say the rest of the nuances... the fact that the water slide was turned on once a day for half an hour, that in half of the rooms there was a problem with plumbing (in my first room, water stupidly poured into the room from a closed bath... but the next day they changed it, and problems was not), the telly didn’t work, and in general the telly is like for extra money, fake air conditioners - something hisses - but there’s no point... just very lucky with the air temperature and humidity during the trip, yes, and unfortunately there was wind from the sea, not strong, even pleasant, but the wave was decent just so that 15 meters of water from the coast were completely in algae (like a swamp), and on the edge there were "dumps" from half a meter, but what the hell were the lazy workers doing ( unlike neighboring hotels).
on the fourth day, a bulldozer came and cleaned everything... in half a day... for some reason, in neighboring hotels there were no heaps or bulldozers to be seen... they simply put 20 meters from the shore of the net, and the algae did not pass (probably all come to us : )
cleaned up badly. the impression is that they do not work, but are doing military service - they mow down as best they can (the soldier is sleeping, the service is on). in fact, interesting dishes in the restaurant were also handed out manually by the waiters, oooooooooooo very slowly, so that the queue was created as long as possible... obviously, I was not going to stand in line for 15 minutes for a portion of pistachio ice cream... and so on. etc.
in general, with normal service, the hotel would have received a very good four (-1 for rooms), but thanks to the service - 2 balls. so management or hotel management policy may change, but it's better not to go there....
I left the sea and Tunisia with sadness, and the hotel with joy !! ! like this. But in general, Tunisia is beautiful, civilized (an order of magnitude higher than Egypt), and the prices are also quite high for everything. excursions are all fun.
