We went to this hotel this summer, the first time I went to 3 stars, which I later regretted. The hotel is old, 10 years old. Settled without problems, as we were helped by a representative of the tour company. They settled in the so-called bungalow, when I went in, I almost cried. There is no toilet paper, towels, the conder from the times of the USSR flows, rumbles like a refrigerator (it turns out we are very lucky, since in many rooms there is no conder at all, torn out with wires). The pillows are crammed some kind of cotton wool, my whole rest my neck hurt, the bed was stained, torn. There is no refrigerator, and most importantly, a telephone. I sprained my leg badly and called the doctor for insurance, but there was nowhere to call him back....in short, we got tired. Cleaning is another story entirely. There are no "do not disturb" signs, the cleaners go when they want, even without knocking, especially after dinner, when you breathe in the room from the heat. You lie in what your mother gave birth to and then they come in, and there is no point in explaining, they know the current Arabic and French. I won’t write about the shower, tears interfere (((((The food is shit, the canteen is shit, it’s stuffy everywhere, there are no canders, it’s not possible to eat in such heat, because it’s very hot. The tablecloths are dirty, the dishes are dirty, you can’t eat salt and pepper during the day with fire , broken glasses, a napkin is generally on the verge of fantasy. The all-inclusive bar is one, more than 300 people live in the hotel, you can imagine this queue, you stand and don’t remember what already. They don’t like Russians and Ukrainians, they say that we are rednecks We don’t leave tea, but why leave if shit is everywhere. The beach is normal, but polluted by camels, the merchants have no strength, you sunbathe and they stick with their shitty souvenirs like flies, you get very mentally tired.
Animation fu ufu fu fu, the same thing, we didn’t even go later, it’s better to read a book in the room than watch this crap. In general, I liked it in Tunisia, but the rest overshadowed this hotel. My advice. Choose another, don't spoil your holiday!!! ! Good luck))))
