I want to inform you that the hotel is good in principle, but the rooms are old. We got a nice room, for an additional fee of course. But there are also rooms, there are quite a lot of them, in which people cannot stay calmly because of the constant hum from some kind of air conditioner.
The hotel is not worth that kind of money. There are hotels much cheaper than this one, and not worse. Food and animation in this hotel is good. But they didn't see much service. Things in the rooms people make and take out themselves. People who should be doing this just can't wait. Tips on the level of service, in principle, do not affect this hotel.
