I have never seen anything like this before - there is a "stick" of boiled sausage in mica and a knife next to it. Like: "Do you want sausages? Cut yourself! " Boiled vegetables: carrots, potatoes, etc. are not peeled at all, but are cut, like feed for pigs. Fresh cabbage shredded with black dots. This breakfast killed me. I thought that now I'm going to die of hunger here. There is no variety of dishes: chicken, turkey, small bony fish and so every day, then everything is stewed, then boiled. This went on for a week. Suddenly, one fine day, and it was Saturday, everything changed: here you have 2 types of pizza and soups for dinner, and you can’t choose dishes. We thought this was due to the invasion of local residents on weekends (every weekend, from Friday to Sunday, local residents hang out with their families in the hotel - this is their weekend tour and such residents recruited 30-40% of all tourists), they say, ashamed of their then feed with slop, but no, it turned out that the owner had arrived. So, while the owner was there, the food was still tolerable, at 3 *. Oh, and also, when the food tray runs out, no one is in a hurry to replenish it, until you shout a hundred times with obscenities, they don’t bring it. Now further, the bar, which is on the beach, we did not notice at first, since we saw only a small hole, such as a window without glass, in a long barn under the roof. And then they realized that it was in the "barn" that they give out drinks, in a plastic cup: water, fanta, cola and that's it. . . Moreover, it literally ends in 2-3 hours and after lunch everything is already closed, and after a couple of days the "bar" stopped working altogether. The same thing happened with the pool bar, only it did not work until lunch, and by 15.00 it was already closed and there was always no one there, and after a couple of days it closed altogether. All these disadvantages of the hotel were explained to us that it was not the season. But for some reason, all normal hotels worked in full. The bartenders were reluctant to serve, were absent for 5-10 minutes at the workplace, were rude. Crockery, especially cups and glasses, not washed and chipped. In general, a piece of glass stuck into my heel by the pool, we show the animator that small pieces of glass are in the seams of the tiles, and he blew them into the grass and that's it, right, otherwise people don't walk barefoot on the grass. This is such a disregard for tourists. Animation is also non-existent. And the last thing that just killed me was the fact that on the last day of our stay, a film crew arrived to shoot an advertisement for the hotel and then a miracle! They opened all the bars and even on the beach there was not a window in the barn, but the whole barn. And they brought drinks, they made cocktails, but of course nothing broke off for us, everything was for advertising, and we sat like monkeys and looked at this miracle for which we paid, but we didn’t see anything. After the shooting, everything was immediately closed again. That was a circus, even if they didn’t disgrace themselves in front of tourists! Like, buy stupid tourists vouchers to our hotel and everything will be like in advertising, and you will arrive, and there is a barn on the beach and sausage boiled in mica with a knife lies with rotten unpeeled vegetables for breakfast. If you are already going to Tunisia, then don’t take this hotel, it’s better to take the Zodiac 3 * hotel, it’s 100 times better and cheaper for money (according to tourists from this hotel). El Olf Las Palmas 4 * hotel is unsuitable for tourists There is still a lot of bad things to write about this hotel, but I think the listed disadvantages are the most important.
