The territory is large and green, the pool and sun loungers on the meadow are super. The rooms are bright and spacious with large balconies. Cleaners, restaurant waiters and animators - Hana, Momo and Robin Hood - are all friendly, kind and smiling. The beach is wide, there is security, there are enough sunbeds.
Minuses:
Fire the cook, tasteless, monotonous, sometimes oversalted, sometimes undersalted, that you didn’t eat it from lunch, dip it in batter and eat it up for dinner. Cocktails in the bar are just crap poured into one glass, there is no qualified bartender. The staff needs to be trained in culture so that they don’t laugh at the back of customers and make comments afterward. The reception is not attentive to the requests of vacationers, in the registration log I indicated my husband's birthday and asked to set the table (in other hotels in the world they congratulated us with champagne and cake), but here they simply forgot !! ! Shame on you Iberostar!
