Good afternoon, dear users! I had a chance to spend 8 days at the Laico Hammamet Hotel 5 *. Let's start in order, the hotel definitely does not pull for 5 stars, this is Tunisia and you need to understand that this is not Europe and not Turkey. Among Tunisian hotels, it is not bad.
The territory of the hotel is small, there is simply nowhere to walk on the territory itself. There is a swimming pool on the territory, it is not big, not deep, mostly mothers with children lived there.
The beach is across the road, walk 3 minutes, generally ok. The beach is not perfectly clean, but if you don’t find fault, it’s normal, I even saw how the tractor cleaned once, and the second time a hotel worker. On the beach, sunbeds, mattresses - free of charge - it's buzzing.

Further, in terms of nutrition, I had enough of everything, of course, breakfast was not very good, maybe because I woke up already at closing, but there were always fresh pancakes, several types of sausage, cheese, butter, jams, sausages, something similar to casseroles, fresh pastries , for breakfast will go. Lunch and dinner are top notch. There is a lot of food, varied, there is not very tasty food, but I have never been hungry, several types of meat have always been, seafood shrimp and mussels, salads, side dishes, different types of potatoes, rice, pasta, all sorts of sweets. Drinking water, juice (not quite like juice), wine, red, white, rose, beer. The waiters were left for a tip, we were well served.
The room is in principle normal, not killed, as a rule, people from Russia and Ukraine are settled in not very good rooms, but foreigners in better rooms. Therefore, it is better not to regret $ 20 upon check-in and immediately ask for a good room with a good view.
Further, the cleaning of the rooms is regular, the bed was changed 4 times in 8 days, although there were misunderstandings with towels, there were enough towels upon arrival, then they didn’t change for 3 of them until I put everything on a pile and put a dinar on top.
The biggest minus in the hotel is entertainment, for children there is animation, karaoke, fakir shows, normal, but for adults there is live music at the bar every evening, well, that's about it, no disco and other entertainment.
If you still came to Tunisia, and are thinking how to spend time so as not to be bored - one way out is excursions, a guide offers them at the hotel, you can kill time, see and learn something interesting.
I rode on the squares - I liked it.
This is not all that I would like to write, maybe I missed something.
