Was in Tunisia in October 2007. The whole trip was just awful. The area in which the hotel is located is an unpaved village. Desert area - neither civilization nor picturesque natural paintings, as in some kind of carrie.
1. Upon arrival, they settled in an uncleaned room. I told the administrator very politely and gently: "Sorry, you put me in a room that is not cleaned. " To which the administrator said to me: "Maybe the whole hotel is dirty for you. " I was stunned, but they changed my room.
The staff does not speak Russian at all, and hardly understands English. There are only Germans and French in the hotel.
2. This kind uncle settled me in a room on the ground floor, in which, like in a barn, it stank of dampness and old age due to the fact that when it rains, the rooms are flooded with water and the rugs on the floor get wet, and sunlight does not penetrate them at all. I was stunned the second time when I was in my room reading in bed, and then the maid came in and started cleaning right in front of me, and without saying a word. On the beach, the janitor did not strain at all: he lay under his umbrella for days on end and even the urns were not emptied for a week.
3. The next day, right on the shore a little further away from the hotel, two young men attacked me and robbed me. These same "personalities" walked every day on our beach selling sweets.
4. The host party did not strain at all on my account. Guide Angelica "Ribat Tour". I took it to the hotel and never came or even called. And for two weeks I did not get on a single excursion. I called both my travel agency and the host company in Tunisia, to which they answered me "Good, Good" and did nothing.
