I rested with my girlfriend in Nahrawess Thalassa Palace 4 * from 20.06. 10 to 27.06. 10. Before choosing a hotel, you have one piece of advice: if you want to spend your vacation like this: swim in the sea, eat, drink, have fun at discos, so that you were engaged (so that there was good animation both during the day and in the evening) - then you need to go to Turkey. If you just want to swim in the sea, eat, drink and that no one bothers you (there is almost no animation here), then you are in Tunisia. I will say right away that we are NOT an AGENCY!! ! We are two girlfriends, we are 30 years old, simple accountants from Dnepropetrovsk. A manager from a travel agency persuaded us to fly to this hotel, last-minute trips turned up and we agreed. When choosing a hotel, I always read the reviews of tourists, but this time there was little time, so they took her word for it, but before leaving, I still printed out the reviews, and we read them already on the plane. After reading them, we were shocked: almost everyone spoke badly about the hotel. When registering at the reception at the hotel, we talked with one woman with a child, she said that the hotel was good, that she had come here for the sixth time (she really likes the Thalasso Center) and we calmed down. We were given a room with a view of "it's not clear what" and with a broken floor lamp. We returned to the reception, and smiling broadly asked to change the room with a sea view, and you can not believe it, Shakri (administrator) gave it for free!! ! room with sea view. We really liked the hotel. A very large and very green area, a lot of fountains (although they do not always work). In addition to the usual pools, there is a pool with sea water (they dived into the sea and directly saw the pipe that was connected to the pool). I liked the food very much: we ate all sorts of different sea dishes (mussels, oysters, squids, etc. ). When we were in Turkey, we could not eat half of the dishes: sometimes very fatty food, sometimes very salty, sometimes very spicy. Here, everything is very tasty, and in our opinion they combine incongruous products: for example, beef stewed in nectarine, or an awesome salad of cucumbers, shrimp, melon, nectarine, pineapple and celery. Although there is a minus - almost all of them do not salt, but the salt is in hodgepodges on the tables. And in the mornings, everyone snapped up awesome pancakes (something like our donuts, only with rings). Cleaning was done every day. And if you read in other reviews that the bed did not change, do not believe it. It’s just that people don’t know how to read: everyone has a colored sheet on the nightstand, where it says in Russian that the bed is made by cleaners every day, and if you want the linen to be changed, put this leaf on the bed. That is, if you lay him down every day, they will change the bed every day. The beach is very large, the sand is soft, there are guys who make sure that the locals distributing various goods, such as pareos, do not approach tourists. By the way, of the hotel guests, about 60% of tourists are French, and shameless: they sunbathe without bras at all, and age does not play a role here, and at 20 years old, and 60-70 years old, they don’t have bras... and old women with saggy... you understand - the spectacle is not for the faint of heart... In general, we laughed heartily : -)))). One of the inconveniences in the hotel is the plastic all-inclusive card (instead of a wristband like in other hotels). This is annoying for many, but this is just to distinguish between tourists who have all-inclusive and those who have "half board" (i. e. breakfast and dinner). By the way, the hotel really does not speak Russian well, but we were immediately warned about this at the travel agency. In Tunisia, they generally speak excellent French (this is their second state language) and English, and from Russian words everyone knows only: “Hello, how are you, good. ” But at the same time, knowing at least a couple of elementary English words, plus a wide smile, plus with the help of gestures, in short explaining “on the fingers”, they understood us and we achieved everything we wanted. And one more thing: in other reviews they wrote that without thalasso procedures you will be treated badly. Do not believe it, we did not go to thalasso, we decided to spend the money on a 2-day excursion to the Sahara and do not regret it. At the same time, we did not notice a special attitude towards us. In general, the rest was quiet, calm, we were very satisfied. You just need to treat some little things easier and with a smile, that's all. And if we have another opportunity to fly to Tunisia, we will go to this hotel!
