Отвратительный отель Disgusting hotel

We stayed at the hotel in June 2008. Before the trip, we looked at the photos on the website: it’s unpleasant when photos of this hotel are posted on websites, in fact, many photos do not correspond to reality. The websites say 5 restaurants + 5 bars. This is not true, in fact 1 restaurant, 1 bar in the hotel, a snack bar near the pool (not bad). There is NO palm grove area on 3 hectares !!!! ! There is a 2 minute walk to the sea. The hotel is o-t-e-n-o old. . . Although it says "family friendly", there is nothing for children to do there: a terrible playground with one slide from the times of the USSR, no baby food, although there is a kids club and a "kids disco", on which 2 dances are danced with children, then do what you want.
The food was not bad (they have very tasty fish), but SINGLE, especially breakfasts, for breakfast there are scrambled eggs for the whole holiday and fried sausages - this is too much. Flies were constantly found in the food, the Arabs explain this by the fact that the lamps were turned on above the food... We took a couple of pictures of dishes with flies in front of the Arabs, after that they began to cover the dishes : ))) Flies in the hotel all around: in restaurants, in rooms , on the beach.
The crown number of the attendants, which we saw, was watering two buckets of bleach on the heads of swimmers at 10 am along the edges of the pool for disinfection !!!!!!!!!!

Room service is terrible: there is no declared change of linen daily, we changed it 2-3 times in 11 nights, the Russian-speaking guide told us to take off our linen and throw it on the floor in the corridor, only then they will change it. The rooms were not vacuumed even once, although the coating occupies the entire floor, the balcony was cleaned a maximum of 2 times, the table was never wiped. Bottles were put out of the room next door for the maid to take away, the bottles stood for 2 days. Tipping the maids can not be given - it's better not to clean up!!!
The beach is dirty, no one cleans it. It so happened that we got into windy weather, a lot of algae washed up on the shore, no one removed the algae, although a couple of meters away there were neighboring hotels, everything was cleaned there, our child turned out to go to the sea without shoes . .
The furniture in the room is old, everything falls apart, the air conditioner is central, it was turned on on the third day . .
Terrible boring stuff, the hotel is surrounded by barbed wire. All vacationers constantly looked at the neighboring hotel - animators, music, games, dinner in the fresh air were constantly working there.
The maid speaks mostly French, a little German, almost no English.
I think it's better to spend your money in another hotel!!!!!!!!!!
Tunisia, as a country, is not bad for excursions.
