Were in this hotel 26.07. 16 - 5.08. 16 . They settled in without problems. The hotel is not bad, if not for what is happening there. The room is cleaned daily, but only the open space is removed, the garbage under the bed (bottles, from napkins, etc. ), it smells strongly of bleach (thanks for the left dinar), bedside rugs are not removed. Cleaning of public places in the hotel once a day, starts at 8 am, and breakfast at 7:00, in the evening in the lobby, on the stairs and in the corridors there is dirt, given that there are many children in the hotel, both vacationers and a dozen three four local "Tunisian pioneers" aged 10-15. The dining room is terrible! A constant problem with glasses (wine glasses are almost non-existent). Tables are cleaned poorly, especially those on the street. They are made of artificial rattan covered with tempered glass. Only the glass is cleaned with a special liquid, and the food that got on the rattan remains in the weaves of the rattan. Therefore, the edge of the table is sticky, also with the armrests of the chairs, which are not wiped at all. Reusable napkins (woven leatherette) are simply shaken off. The food is monotonous and a small assortment of dishes offered. From seafood only 3 types of fish. All this could have been ignored, if not for the fact that the hotel works for the local population - a “weekend tour”. From lunch on weekdays, and on weekends from Friday evening to Sunday evening, Aboriginal people prevail in the hotels. On the beach, in the sea, in the pool (which is one and not big), in two bars on the beach, in the hotel lobby and on its territory, there are only Arabs. On weekends, it is impossible to drive a bus with tourists to (from) the territory (s) of the hotel, everything is crammed with parked local cars, which even stand on the sidewalks. In the hotel lobby at the reception there is one public toilet for two cabins, there are no toilets on the beach. Given such an influx of "guests", it is impossible to get into it, and it is all filthy. At this time, everything is for them: umbrellas, deck chairs, mattresses, bars, the beach and lawns, where they eat, drink beer and smoke hookah with loud music like “boom-boom-boom”, then they go to sea with bottles of beer and cigarettes (there are enough fragments). Vacationers of the hotel fade into the background. I managed in the morning (especially on weekends) to take a sun lounger, there will be somewhere to relax, if I didn’t have time, your problems. The caretaker from the hotel on the beach in the morning himself takes sun loungers with umbrellas on the first line for his compatriots. He tries to offer his services for a dollar to hotel guests, although for them umbrellas, sun loungers and mattresses are free. Attitude towards Russian tourists at the reception is not respectful. When exchanging currency, they cheat, if you don’t ask for a receipt, they don’t give you change (they give you some pieces of paper). It’s better not to take towels as a deposit, it’s also a hoax (we left $ 10 as a deposit on the receipt, but received 20 dinars, they took 2 dinars in their pocket). To complaints about the behavior of schoolchildren who are noisy in the rooms until late and do not allow hotel tourists to rest, they only smile and giggle, saying that they will leave tomorrow, and others will arrive tomorrow and start all over again. And this is a 4 * hotel, it doesn’t pull on these stars at all! We talked with other vacationers from Russia, everyone is dissatisfied with such horror has not yet been seen. The hotel is put purely on vacation for the local population and as a pioneer camp for schoolchildren. Passage yard! What kind of security are we talking about? In order to get to the beach, the local population passes through the hotel building!
