We entered at one in the morning, when we went to bed we saw two huge stains and clap-claps, we asked to change the bedding, they refused. The next day we could not get into the bath a huge beetle blocked the way....when they called the reception, they sent a maid to us, the woman came with such a face as if they had done us a favor!!! !
