Rested with my wife at the Royal Azur Thalasso Golf in Hammamet. For the first time I was forced to agree that a wife is sometimes right; This hotel was recommended to her by experienced tourists at work.
What is worth noting: a huge territory (there are three hotels of the same chain nearby, and the territory is common), good service and a very respectful attitude towards Russians. Now it is clear why compatriots love this hotel. By the way, I never understood the snobbery of tourists who complain: there are a lot of Russians here! And who are we? Moreover, we are not very good at languages - children, of course, already speak, but why should we build ourselves out of ourselves? Yes, there are many tourists from the former Soviet Union here, there is someone to talk to, sit with a glass of wine in the evening. But on the other hand, no one is sitting on each other's ears, because the territory, I repeat, is huge, you can always leave, take a calm walk, think. The hotel is very quiet, not noisy, as they say now - respectable.
I liked the attitude towards tourists in Tunisia. Not only in the hotel, but also in cafes, on the streets, in shops, there is no Egyptian obsession and Turkish swagger. Apparently the French left their mark on civilization ...

As expected, were on excursions - the Sahara, Carthage. But one of the most vivid impressions is a trip to El-Jem for a concert of a symphony orchestra from France. Carthage Plus, which hosted us in Tunisia, offers a rather unique service - the opportunity to attend a concert in this ancient Colosseum. We were booked tickets, provided a car (2008 Land Cruiser) and a wonderful guide Alexey Peremot. Lesha - special thanks for the amazing tour, encyclopedic knowledge and storytelling talent. And also for the amazing tact and intelligence. I'm not such a storyteller, so I'll just say: the majestic walls of the Colosseum, classical music, the starry southern sky - this, gentlemen, is something special!
If about earthly things, then all the pleasure (car, guide, concert) cost us $100. Highly recommend.

So next year again in Tunisia and only with "Carthage Plus"
