The tour operator was taken on the advice of friends. Carthage+ coped with its functions in full. On arrival we were met, accommodated, organized excursions.
Placed, though not entirely successful, with a view of the tennis court, trash, compressors of three hotels and Hammamet Street. The next day, I turned to the administration with a request to change the number, for 14 days I did not want to overshadow the sight and noise of working compressors. The manager of the hotel, a lean man, hinted that an extra charge was required for a good room with a view of the sea and the pool. 20 dollars, as I thought before, did not solve this problem. As in the old movie: "Harggling is not appropriate here, " the manager issued and my 120 bucks famously migrated to his pocket. Of course I liked the room, the view is beautiful, the air too. The air conditioner did not cool the room well, I did not use it, since it was already cool. Basically, the rest is not intrusive, for those who do not like noisy parties and night parties. Relax is complete. Next to the hotel is a thalasso-therapy complex. If you have money, you can devote a few days to your health.
The beach is not bad, a cafe by the sea where you can have lunch. The sea is clean, I dived with a mask, but I didn’t see anything interesting, there were no fish and plants, only sand. The weather did not spoil either, thunderstorms and a small storm occasionally occurred.

Evening rest at the hotel is almost non-existent. All the animation is 4 young Tunisians, who every evening in a mixture of French, English and Arabic are trying to make the audience that came, mostly not young, laugh. When this fails, they simply invite old maids to dance. A show of idiots, it's hard to call it otherwise.
The number of vacationers in the hotel is: 40% Russians, 40% Germans and 20% other nationalities of the planet. By age, I would say so, those who are over 60. Probably the proximity of treatment in the thalasso center affects. Service at the hotel is based only on tips, no tips - no service.
To dispel boredom, I went on excursions to the Sahara and the capital Tunisia. To be frank, if it were not for our guide Alexei, the impressions would not be enough.
A person has simply amazing knowledge of history and a phenomenal memory, for which many thanks to him.
The city of Hammamet is not big, mostly 1-2-storey white houses, fortress type. The people are friendly in appearance, but if you took some trinket in the shop and did not buy it, after you know the language, you can hear a lot of interesting things about yourself. Perhaps Ramadan is working on them. The sewerage system in the city is primitive. There are many sewer manholes on the streets, which I advise you to avoid because of the "wonderful" smell.
Here, briefly, all the impressions of the trip. I will mark my visit to this country as ". . . for show".
