As a tourist who wants to leave a really truthful review, in order to orient those who wish, I will start with arrival.
A slight but persistent disrespect for the tourist was generally manifested sometimes, but quite often.
We arrived at the hotel at 21.30. There was no late lunch, no sandwiches, nothing to eat (in other hotels, at least cakes were left in the room).
But they immediately offered to improve the room (sea view) for $ 40. I refused. There is no kettle, no stickers with sugar, tea, coffee in the room.
The refrigerator was turned off (because they knew that we would come! ). I had to get on all fours, crawl under the table, connect the refrigerator.
There are no bathrobes and slippers.

I tried to turn on the TV - there is no remote control. You need to go down, leave 20 dinars as a deposit, then you will get a remote control. The same goes for beach towels - 20 dinars deposit per person. Towels - okay, but the remote? I have never met such an attitude in the most modest resorts of Ukraine.
The external and internal surroundings are beautiful, but this, perhaps, is the whole "trick" of the hotel. The lid of the chest in the room was torn off.
The room was cleaned well every day, even despite the "do not disturb" sign.
I was pleased with the indoor heated pool with sea water.
The beach bar was not open.
Tourists: 60% French-speaking, 30% Russians, by the end of the month 40% to 40%.
The biggest gripe is the food. Deaf Turkish troika-standard. There are no seafood. Twice a week - meals including squid rings. There is no ice cream at all.
Meat - beef, turkey.
From the dishes - a lot of spaghetti, pasta and rice in different versions.
Lunch and dinner - waiters serve wine and beer.
We bought a local SIM card (10 dinars for the SIM card itself and 25 for Internet and telephony payments) - it did not work. And I don't have one. The people quarreled.
There were always enough mattresses and sunbeds at the hotel pool. There were no concerts, no Arabian Nights. Standard francophone animation repeated every day.
There are many small shops nearby and the Costa Mall shopping center - for souvenirs - go there! In general, I advise everyone to download the maps. me application to phones and tablets - the map works even without the Internet and shows all the hot spots, entertainment, the zoo.
Conclusion: would I go again? No. Would you recommend to friends? No. For the same money (36.500 for 13 nights) at the Marhaba Palace in Port El Kantaoui, we received a super service at the same time a year ago. Do not be offended, I wrote the truth, or maybe I'm just used to the good?
