We chose the hotel based on the following principles:
1) wide sandy beach and convenient entry into the sea; the first line - by itself;
2) food "All inclusive";
3) the spacious territory of the hotel;
4) walking distance to non-hotel infrastructure (shops, restaurants, entertainment areas, etc. )
5) positive feedback about the hotel.
Vincci Taj Sultan met all our expectations. Unpleasant impressions remained only about the "very unobtrusive" Tunisian service: the employees are attentive and polite, but they are in no hurry to fulfill the requests and wishes of tourists, the cleaning in the room leaves much to be desired, key cards are often demagnetized. All these little things are a little annoying. A five-star hotel shouldn't have them.
