reading the rave reviews of tourists who rested in this hotel, like us, in September - I'm surprised. Despite all our optimism at the beginning of the trip, by the end of the holiday we really wanted to finally go home.

We rested from the 2nd to the 12th of September. We went in two pairs.

The impression of the hotel was spoiled on the first day. The weather on the day of arrival was overcast, it was raining. The hotel did not have AC at the reception, so when we entered the hotel, we found ourselves in a humid, stuffy room. Just corresponding to the "cave" design. On the third day, the conders were turned on and it became quite pleasant. The air conditioning worked in the rooms.

We were placed on the 5th floor. They didn't pay extra for the rooms. We were lucky and the rooms looked at the pool on the 2nd floor, it's a quiet side. Those who got rooms on the pool on the street were unhappy. In the evenings there is animation and it is difficult to fall asleep. Although, in fairness, it must be said that the animation was there until a maximum of 23.30.
I even wanted to dance sometimes, but there were no normal discos.

The rooms are large and generally pretty. But it is clear that it was a "five", and now a four with a minus. Because the furniture is shabby. The control panel of the conder is half-broken. Curtains with holes. TV remote control with torn buttons. Damp-yellowed curtain in the bathroom. Soap as put in the bathroom once, and not replenished until you ask. Cleaning - 3. Despite the tip. in the end, we just stopped leaving them. Maybe we got a negligent maid? I think she was still smart. Smiled in the whole mouth - friendly, I will not say anything. But then all the same, rubbish was felt on her legs from poor mopping, she also did not scrub the toilet. I am already silent about shampoos and other things - there is nothing like that there.

In general, the entire hotel gives the impression of a shabby. The furniture in the bars is pretty shabby.

The food is quite. Very much.
I put 4, because with all the variety of types of meat, the cooks managed to chop chicken or lamb so much that it was very difficult to find a full-fledged piece without bones. There are no complaints about sweets, pasta. I didn’t eat salads, because I disdain mayonnaise and sour cream dressings - they just ate vegetables under olive oil. The kitchen is sharp. For an amateur.

Reception staff - no complaints. The restaurant seems to be the same.

But at the pool bar, the waiters pour the beer like they're doing you a favor. when serving glasses of beer, they can put their finger in the glass. a young boy poured water on our girl. I thought it was probably funny. Unclear. somehow the rest of the waiters dissuaded us from complaining to the senior administrator.

Animators are ok. Cheerful, they speak a little Russian. But with the beach boys, we had a story that ended with an official complaint from us to the director of the hotel.

Well, hardly anyone would like to hear "fuck u rush". From the reviews of other vacationers, Zaid harassed and was rude to young Russian women.

Well, the beach. A separate song for algae. The hotel is certainly not to blame - it's nature. We laughed and said that this thalasso therapy is free. After swimming, lumps of black algae were shaken out of the swimsuit)

the claim is that the algae were NOT REMOVED from the surf line. The excavator, which was driven to the beach, simply covered the black mass of algae with clean sand, and did not at all shovel this dirt somewhere. And no one cared that in a day all this would wash away the surf again and it would still be the same mess. When we watched how the staff "worked" with these algae, the desire was to kick them out and arrange a subbotnik. Toli do not know how to organize the work, or simply do not want to.

Therefore, I put 2 for the service.

Speaking of shopping. You can not go to any medina.
There are two "L'artisan" supermarkets in the street behind the hotel - they have fixed prices - lower than you can bargain somewhere in the shops. Save your nerves and buy great souvenirs. To be honest, the obsession of merchants in street shops can infuriate in earnest. If you don't know how to bargain, just walk around and look at the purchase, but you are not going to buy yet - don't even pick up the goods, and even more so don't ask the price! ! ! It will be very difficult to get rid of it later. It was one of the downsides of a holiday in this country. Realizing that you will not buy anything, the seller may well get nasty.
Once again, I strongly recommend supermaketov.
In general, we decided for ourselves that we don’t have to go to Tunisia anymore - it’s better to have Turkey, or Egypt (there, at least the sea itself is superb)
