Ужасный сервис! Воруют вещи, обманывают! Terrible service! They steal things, they cheat!

Toilet paper and shower gels were not updated in the room. I thought they just forgot the first time, but they never did! And we're all done. I went to the reception, they answered "ok ok, we'll bring it now. " And imagine, they brought nothing! I've been trying for 4 days. On the third day after cleaning, things were gone: a children's circle, an inflatable ball, a child's beach slippers and even a personal towel! (Some other tourists also had some things stolen). On the evening of the fourth day, they handed me a paper right at the reception, at my request, of course. It's just some kind of horror. Were you kidding me?!
Then they stopped hanging clean towels. None at all! And ours was stolen. And so 2 times in a row! I had to leave my son wet in the bath alone and run to the reception to demand towels in the room. They began to bring everything only when I complained to the guide, and he to the main thing (I should have contacted immediately). By the way, I paid 30 dinars for wi-fi there for 7 days - so it never worked !! ! To my complaints about this, they answered me that there were technical problems. Deceived! They just cheated.
The food is so-so, for the most part unhealthy, not very tasty. Huge queues, a lot of Arabs who brazenly skip the line for food. Terribly disgusting service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, don't ruin your holiday!
