Rested from 11 to 19 June 2011 together with my mother. In Tunisia for the first time, before that I was in Turkey, Egypt and Jordan in different categories of hotels, so there is something to compare. When choosing a hotel, there were very few options, so we chose this one. We flew with Nouvelair for 3:45 hours, I was surprised by the food, they gave a bun with sausage and cheese and a choice of cola, sprite, fanta and water, and it was all food - the first time I see this... I’m fine, but many went hungry and We were planning to have lunch on the plane. We flew to Enfidha Airport, it is brand new, just opened. Registration went through without problems and quickly (we filled out migration cards on the plane). We were met by Russian-speaking representatives of the company and led to the transfer. We arrived quickly, since the transfer was not big, on the way we stopped only near hotels in Sousse and immediately went to ours in Skanes, the rest of the tourists were taken even further to the Monastery and Mahdia. We met wonderfully at the hotel, we filled out the cards and they immediately gave us a room. We looked at it and we really liked it and didn’t even think about looking at other numbers. Room 152 on the first floor, the old building, the balcony overlooks the indoor pool, palm trees, flowers, a very beautiful view, you can get out of the room as quickly as possible to the restaurant and bars, there is also a separate exit to the pool, from where it is not far to go to the sea . The room is very nice, big and spacious. Bathroom and toilet are separate, there is shampoo, shower gel and soap, but not updated. Cleaned up every day. The room has a refrigerator, two wardrobes with hangers. We were lucky, of course, that the hotel was still almost empty, we wandered there almost alone for the first few days. As for the food, it's just super (we had All inclusive)!! ! Of the fruits were watermelons, apricots, peaches. There were many types of meat: chicken, lamb, beef, rabbit, turkey, many types of fish and dishes from them, in general, food for 10+. As for sweets, this is a separate issue altogether: there were French pastries, cakes, whipped cream, creams, ice cream. I don’t eat sweets at all, I just don’t like it, but I tried everything and everything was very tasty. There were a lot of dishes from Italian cuisine, however, apart from pizza, we didn’t try the rest (we didn’t have time, there were so many delicious things). Breakfast started from 6 in the morning until 10, but if you come earlier, then you can go to the restaurant, we went on an excursion at 6.10, went in at 5.50 and had a quiet breakfast, no one was against it, the door was open, though not everyone was exposed. Then, in the bar near the pool, a late breakfast began from 10 to 11. From 11.30 to 16.00, the Snack bar worked, pizza, snacks, salads. Lunch started from 12.30 to 14.00. Dinner from 18.30 to 21.00. All incl is open from 9 to 24. From drinks: beer, wine white, red, rose, 3 types of vermouth, cocktails and something else it was, but I haven't tried it. On the beach, drinks are open from 9 am - this is water and a machine with cola, sprite, fanta. The beach is really not very clean, algae float ashore, but they are quickly removed. The sand is very nice and clean. Pretty petty. On the beach there are free catamarans and kayaks, you can take a swim for half an hour. If you are primarily interested in the beach, then the hotel will not work then, but we already took a ticket and didn’t want to get upset, so we reassured ourselves that if there are algae in the sea, then this part of the coast is healing; Conducted every day aerobics, water aerobics and other forms of entertainment. The hotel has a spa center. The prices are quite normal, for example, an anti-cellulite complex (hamam, peeling, algae or mud wrap, face mask, anti-cellulite massage, jacuzzi) costs 75 dinars, I bargained for 40 dinars. My mother went to Thai massage, foot massage and also masks, wraps, picked up in different complexes, bargained for 40 dinars. You can bargain and choose. We really enjoyed. As for the animation, here, of course, there is a problem, the animation is in French, sometimes English phrases skipped in cases where the participants were English-speaking, so we didn’t like it. And the humor is somehow specific, in general it was not funny at all. There is a disco, I never got there, who went, they said that they didn’t like it. Outside the hotel, except for hotels and two shopping centers, there is nothing. In shopping centers you can buy something, such as souvenirs, cosmetics. There is a bus to the Monastery and Sousse 52B, there is a stop near the hotel, but we never went, as we took excursions. You can take a taxi, they said that they bargained for up to 3 dinars. Excursions lied to the tour operator, since they are not sold on the street, there is a yacht and a jeep safari in the hotel. The yacht is 3 hours 35 dinars and everyone spat after this excursion, so we did not go. I didn’t take a jeep safari, since I was with my mother and she didn’t want to go, many liked it. We took two excursions: El Jem and Carthage. Go to El Jem nearby, this is one of the part of the excursion to the Sahara, it costs 40 dinars, a visit to two mosques and a Roman coliseum, where they filmed the film "Gladiator" with Russell Crowe. Half day excursion. It took a long time to go to Carthage, they collected tourists from all the hotels. This excursion cost 80 dinars (each tour operator has different prices for excursions). Visit to Sidi Bou Said, famous for its streets in a wonderful Andalusian style - snow-white houses with blue doors and shutters. There you can buy leather goods, if you bargain well, they are inferior from 85 dinars to 10 easily. Then we went to the ancient ruins of Carthage, where you will see modern Carthage with luxurious villas and gardens. And a visit to the Bardo Museum, which is famous for artifacts from the Roman period and a huge number of beautiful mosaics. . The tour is just super, just a little tiring. But it's worth it. Lunch was included in the price without drinks. Conclusion - the hotel is excellent for a relaxing quiet holiday. I really liked Tunisia, the service was top notch, especially when compared to Turkey and Egypt.
