Check-in: when we went to the reception desk and saw a huge queue, we were very upset, but after 10 minutes a hotel worker in a red T-shirt ran up to us and happily announced that for only $ 30 he would make us the best room in this hotel. We agreed without hesitation, because the amount is not so big, so as not to wait in line and get the "best number". Entering the room, we were a little perplexed - he offered us a standard room. To our bewilderment, we were told that this was "the best room in vis wanted and we will cry when we see other numbers. " It only remained to believe. With $50, he returned $15, saying that he had no more change. The evening came and it turned out that our windows overlook a disco organized by animation. The next day, the number had to be changed, because the disco lasts until 23:00, and sometimes (especially after excursions) you want to sleep much earlier.
Having settled in and being late for lunch, we decided to have a bite to eat in a bar where they make sandwiches and pizza - the chef put the stuffing for the sandwich with his bare hands occasionally driving away flies, and the pizza turned out to be with raw dough sticking to the teeth - but the people, as I saw, liked it (about the contingent of this hotel a little later). The beach at first sight also disappointed us, but as it turned out later it was better than the others. Narrow beach and sea with algae (algae were removed in the morning, unlike the neighboring beach). The sunbeds are very old and it was a little disgusting to lie on them.
The air conditioners in the rooms are not cold. (we changed 4 rooms and it didn’t cool in any of them, it only blew warm air), there is no hair dryer and safe in the rooms, the lighting in the rooms is sooooo dim.

DINNER: TIN!! ! 11 The people are just crowds. The contingent of this hotel is gaining food as if they are going on a monthly trip to Siberia . . and naturally without eating anything. Guests from Algeria like to feel all the bread with their hands and then put it back, pick up watermelons with their hands, and throw the fallen pieces into a common dish, they also throw the fallen spaghetti back into a common dish. There are almost fights for plates, almost fights for the food that is handed out. it's just hell.
In the morning the dining room opens at 6:30, but apart from yesterday's rolls and coffee there is nothing there. Around 7 am, the cook just comes out to fry the eggs. In the morning there is nothing but eggs. They regularly cook beans and something else that NOBODY eats - but they cook it anyway. If you snatch the meat, it is quite tasty. The rest of the food is just disgusting. The food at this hotel is something that will infuriate and piss you off 3 times a day every day.
Our daily excursions are what saved us from this tin.
AND NOW ABOUT VERY SAD.
On the day of departure, the spouse left the phone in the toilet near the beach and, remembering him (of course), did not find him there. Turning to the front desk, we found complete indifference to our problem. Only by contacting the animators we found support, but their possibilities are limited, but the guys supported us psychologically very cool. They are very grateful for this.
We had a late check out, so we decided to pay extra for a late check out. At the reception we were told that our room was already booked and they would offer us another one. The first room offered to us was renovated BUT the bed was made. The second room offered to us was not cleaned - a straightened bed, cigarette butts on the floor, toilet paper on the floor. They promised to fix everything in 2 hours. While we were looking for a lost phone, 2 hours passed. Yes, everything was cleaned, only they didn’t give us towels, and the beds were filled with linen from old guests, as it was stained and characteristically wrinkled. Well, how to call it?

AND THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE! ! Arriving home, we discovered that 25.000 rubles had been stolen from us from the package with documents. Suspicions immediately fell on the cleaner No. 380 in which we lived the entire vacation until the last day. And the money disappeared on the day of departure. The cleaning lady turned out to be noble - she left 5.000 rubles for the return trip. And we trusted her - she was sweet and friendly. We lived in this hotel from 07/08/2017 to 07/18/2017.
