We are currently staying at this hotel:
1) when checking in, they cheated with the number
we specifically paid extra for a sea view and two separate beds
the room was given with a view of the pool (they say it is a view of the sea) and with one bed, given the fact that I went to rest with my mother-in-law, this is extremely inconvenient for us. When asked how it was, the administrator said that the hotel was full, so be glad that it was. The attitude is completely boorish, after attracting a guide they said that the next day they might be able to relocate us. Taking into account the fact that we arrived for only 6 nights, spending the night on suitcases does not add optimism at all.
2) the furniture in the rooms is old, the room is dirty (despite the fact that we paid extra for a more comfortable one)
3) the territory of the hotel is not just small, but scanty, except for the pool and a couple of palm trees, there is nothing
4) food also leaves much to be desired
This hotel is not even close to 5 stars! Don't waste your time and money!
About the fact that all rooms have internet is also a lie!
