We arrived at the hotel at 10:00. At 14:00 we were given the keys to the room. Paid for a room in the main building overlooking the garden. In fact - the room without a balcony, the garden is the entrance to the hotel. Later it became clear that the Russians live either in rooms without a balcony or in bungalows. For a surcharge of $ 30, we were settled in a room with a balcony overlooking the garden, pool, restaurant, bungalow and sea.
The territory is beautiful, well-groomed.
The rooms are dirty, especially the floor, windows and mirrors. The bed linen is old, all in spools. There are no blankets or duvet covers. Two sheets and a pillowcase. There are blankets - smelly.

We found a cleaning lady, gave 10 dinars and asked us to change the bedding for a new one, showed the pellets. She changed... for the same and asked again - brought again . . 2 new sheets came across. Washed the floor with us - we moved all the beds, bedside tables - washed; she also washed the mirror and glass in front of us, put the blankets and bedspreads in the closet and, in general, it became normal to breathe.
Beach towels are brought to the room, they are also changed in the room, so we met with our cleaning lady every day . . we were waiting for her with towels.
Dining room: big, lots of places. The cleanliness of the tables depends on the person who monitors each of the zones. Basically, you will come a little later than the very beginning and everything - forks, knives, napkins, get it yourself, serve it yourself. After a couple of days, everyone calmly climbed into the closet and took out everything that was missing on the table. But there are also responsible people. We looked after one - again they gave 10 dinars and, voila! in his shift, they were waiting for us in the dining room: a clean tablecloth, beautiful table setting, a vase with flowers, glasses of juice!
in general, in the dining room there is a constant problem with spoons, cups for tea and coffee, with tea bags. The coffee machine sometimes worked, sometimes it didn't.
The food is ok, I can't say more.
Bar (3 pcs. : in the dining room, by the pool, on the beach) - such that everything has always been there. Either there is no beer, then only rosé wine, juice was rarely available at all. Fanta, cola, sprite from the tap are poured into bottles and then from the bottle into glasses.
Pool: depth 2.4 m, bleach is optimal, slides work. Enough loungers.
The beach is beautiful. The sand is white and fine. The sea is great! Loungers are also enough.
Animation Entertainment: there are no Russian-speaking guys. They try. Aqua aerobics, gymnastics on the beach, by the pool, step, dancing - that's all, and we considered the meager food a plus, since we arrived without extra pounds and even left a bit there.

SPA salon in the hotel - DIVORCE!! ! Expensive! Wretched! Dirty! Unprofessional! The declared 2 hours can easily turn into 40 minutes. Spend the rest of the time drinking tea. We got caught, believed the hotel guide. On our last visit to Tunisia, we underwent treatment at the Thalasso Center in Sousse, so there is something to compare with.
Outside the hotel: I liked the port of Kantaue, the Pirate restaurant in Monastir. To the port of El Kantaue and back (+ 1.5 hours there) 25 dinars. In Monastir - 5-7 dinars. Oil and in the hotel and in the city 7-10 dinars per liter. Dates in beautiful boxes in a supermarket in Monastir) from 3 to 12 dinars, depending on weight.
Conclusion: We had a good rest overall. It was really hard to put up with just the bed and mattress. We somehow got used to the rest and tried to react to everything with humor. And then we paid 53 thousand rubles for the ticket. for two, so, in principle, miracles were not expected. The sea and sand alone is worth the money - our opinion.
