отель плохой.. bad hotel..

The hotel is just disgusting! ! If, of course, people have not seen anything in their lives and are going to rest for the first time, then perhaps they will be thrilled there, but we were in the wildest disappointment ! ! It is important to note - in the hotel ONLY RUSSIAN !!!!

Accommodation:
We lived in a bungalow (I can’t say anything about the building - they say decently there), but the bungalow is a quiet horror . . shabby walls with chipped pieces of plaster, a bathtub that is disgusting to climb into, with rust and chipped enamel . .
Nutrition:
Every day the same thing - potatoes, pasta, turkey and beef, well, fresh vegetables . . no variety, no choice, and everything is terribly tasteless . . yes, there were shrimp, but they stank on the floor of the hotel, and tasted they were the same as the smell . . went with a company - EVERYONE experienced problems with the stomach and EVERY DAY !!
Service:

People are angry . . the staff (bartenders on the beach and beach workers) every day considered it their duty to at least yell at someone....at first we thought maybe we didn’t come out with faces, but then we saw that we were not alone . . ; )) at the reception, people were also rude a couple of times . . What can I say about the locals, even if the Russian guide Olga, the Pegasus representative at the hotel, managed to be rude....((
The only ones who really had no complaints were the cleaners! ! every day, the towels are clean, and the bed linen, and all those so-loved cranes in flowers; )) and such polite, cute, smiled all the time))
Well done animators! ! the dancers are all professional, apparently, and entertained well, especially in the evenings with their dances !!
Beach:
Nice, clean, amazing sand - white, velvet, sunbeds, mattresses and umbrellas are free! ! only a small one - a person on a person)) and I don’t know how anyone, but I didn’t like that in the sea the maximum depth to the buoys is up to the neck . . and you can’t swim behind the buoys - there is a very active movement of all kinds of sports . . they will demolish your head - not notice! ! so I actually had to swim in the paddling pool . . )) YES, and by the way, there are all kinds of beach entertainment in bulk - and parachutes, and cheesecakes, and bananas, and skis, and so on !!!!
The only thing that actually saved me was a group of friends! ! If my husband and I were brought there together, I think the rest would be lost! ! . .
