I was with my wife in early October according to the HB system. There are few Russians in the hotel, many from Eastern Europe.
Liked:
- spacious room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the sea + pool, good heat and sound insulation (the air conditioner was never turned on, and it was above 30 outside)
- good food, delicious ice cream and cakes, there were always fruits - melons and grapes
- low prices for food and beer in the hotel
- money is exchanged at the hotel at the normal rate
- the room was cleaned daily and not bad, you just need to give a tip
- no fuss on the beach
- a cozy bar. from 17-00 to 19-00 you can ask for a super promotion: two cocktails for the price of one
- nice well-groomed central area
- great big deep pool
- good animation: water aerobics, water polo, volleyball, darts, evening programs (not important)
- good location of the hotel - near Monastir, Sousse, Port El Kataoui. by taxi 5-10 dinars. You can organize self-guided tours.
Did not like:

- old wretched fittings in the room and in the hotel
- no hair dryer, no fridge
- there are no beach towels even for money
- sun loungers are paid
- dirty beach
- boring at night
- there are few excursion programs and they are expensive
- not always adequate staff
- no tea or coffee can be ordered during dinner
