Hi all! We promised ourselves that upon arrival from Tunisia we would write the most truthful review. ) We flew from Kyiv by local Nouvelair airlines for about 3.5 hours, but for some reason it turned out faster back. A sandwich with cheese for the duration of the flight was enough for us, but we did not count on marzipans. ))
Arrived and received luggage quickly. Enfidha Airport is new, brand new, quite nice. We were met and taken to the hotels. We liked ours at first sight, it was built on a rather large scale, not "squeezed" into a narrow area and designed in the national style. Everything is standard at the reception, they asked $ 30 for a good room, but we are in an Arab country! ) As a result, we agreed on 20 dinars ($1 = 1.4 dinars), and here we are in a room on the 6th floor right in the center of the hotel with a stunning view of the sea! The room is quite spacious, in national colors and with interesting embossed plaster on the walls. They cleaned every day, took towels in the morning, brought clean ones in the afternoon, no complaints.
Yes, the hotel is quite old, 1979, and you can feel it, but it didn't bother us. It used to be 5 *, now one has been removed, but they heard that they want to return it. A big plus of the hotel is its location: the facade goes directly to the amusement park, the singing fountain and the main street, and the beach (there is a BEACH!!! ) smoothly passes into the promenade of Port El Kantaoui. There are a lot of shops, cafes, everything is lit up in the evening, it's beautiful.

As for food: yes, the variety is not amazing, but everything is quite edible, breakfasts are always the same, for lunch and dinner there was always meat, fish, salads specific and monotonous. Soups are weird. Very tasty pastries. Fruits - always melons, watermelons, sometimes pears, apples, peaches. The local beer is pretty good. The staff is friendly, helpful, older men. Several times, just in gratitude, they left baksheesh - 1 dinar, but no one asked.
Fat minus in our opinion - we had all inclusive, but it turned out that this applies only to the main restaurant and the bar attached to it, in all other bars (and there are many of them) everything is for money, and it was a little annoying.
The sea is good, very beautiful white sand, however, the beach is small, the algae season has already passed. Sun beds are free, a little worn, towels are paid, so it's better to take your own. The animation is rather weak, but that's not what we came here for.
I liked the territory of the hotel - very clean, well-groomed, trimmed, with large palm trees, a lot of bright colors, it's nice to walk.
We went to Carthage, got in touch with history. We visited the blue and white city of Sidi Bou Said, beautiful. A couple of times we went to the center of Sousse, to the Medina (taxi 5 dinars), once we returned to the hotel on foot, walked up... ) we wanted to plunge into the color of the city, we liked it, no one pestered, there are a lot of tourists on the streets. The country is much more Europeanized than Egypt.
Summing up, we can say that the hotel is quite normal, if you do not have exorbitant requirements. We went to Tunisia for new emotions and impressions, and we got them completely. And who likes to walk and look for something to complain about - it's better to sit at home!
