First about the hotel.
The hotel is plain to say simple, even very. We lived in a bungalow. In principle, this is very convenient, the room is very modest, but everything you need is there (except water in the mini bar). The remote control from the air conditioner and TV is given on bail.
The very territory of the hotel is C grade. There is nowhere to go for a walk - there are only bungalows around. The hotel itself is a little shabby, and it didn’t have much chic at first. The pool is very small (we never swam in it).
Cleaning every day. The maid was pleasant enough - for 1 dinar she put flowers on the bed.

Nutrition. Here's what I liked about the food. The choice is very large, and the cuisine is very different, both Tunisian and Italian (various types of pasta), and it is still unknown what kind. Meat has always been chicken, turkey, lamb, veal, sometimes rabbit. With fish it was very modest. A lot of vegetables. BBQ every dinner. Everything is very tasty and healthy. In general, the belly festival was a success.
Sweet is also okay, but in Turkey I liked it more.
Fruit immeasurably in any quantity and at any time. Watermelon, melon, peaches, grapes, apples, pears, plums, figs.
The staff are all very friendly, always smiling and we have never met rudeness. There are a lot of Russian tourists. The staff understands Russian (most).
Local residents do not bother, at least on excursions - it is highly not recommended for girls to walk alone. In the summer, many Libyans and Algerians come to Tunisia - these are the real Arabs, the Tunisians themselves consider them to be super arrogant people. So be careful.
I was with a guy, no problems arose.
As for excursions, be sure to go to the Sahara - an unforgettable experience !!! ! It costs 180 dinars per person (2 days). The tour includes visits to the coliseum (amphitheater), sugar itself (driving in the desert in jeeps, swimming in a mountain waterfall, then spending the night in a hotel (very decent, it has a pool with mineral water from a source, without bleach, and the view from this the pool right on the Sahara is awesome. In the morning you meet the dawn in the Sahara, then riding camels in local dress. Visit traglodytes (people who live in caves), visit the carpet factory in the city of Kairouan.
On this excursion you can buy dates for 5 dinars per kilogram (very tasty)
In general, the impressions will remain for a long time. Being in Tunisia and not visiting the Sahara is considered an inferior vacation, since tourism in Tunisia began with thalasso therapy and from the Sahara.
It was also very interesting on the tour in Korfagen, which includes a stop in the capital, Tunis. there you can buy real coffee and olive oil.
Take the tour, you won't regret it. Staying in a hotel is boring.

In general, the rest was very pleasant. The country is very interesting and colorful, and this is the country of one trip, it is worth going there at least for the sake of the sea (very clean and pleasant) and the Sahara, but there is nothing to go there for the second time. The main thing is to set yourself up for positive. On the first day we were shocked from the hotel, but when we woke up in the morning, had breakfast and went to the beach, we were satisfied with everything!
Please note that Tunisia is not a hotel holiday, as I said, tourism began to develop here with thalasso therapy and trips to the Sahara, so do not expect luxury apartments here and kissing your heels. If you are just coming here to relax, I guarantee that you will succeed!
Advice for girls - do not take any evening dresses with you (there is nowhere to wear them), and heels are also not very appropriate here : -)). If you are in the capital during the tour, be sure to go to clothing shopping malls - everything is not expensive and beautiful there (not widely used as in Turkey, Versache and all that : -)
Have a nice holiday everyone!
