Everything that I read so hard about this hotel turned out to be complete nonsense! I don't understand who is writing this.
Disgusting food, the fruits were only watermelons and grapes. For 2 weeks, the assortment has not changed at all. Constant confusion with tables k. upon arrival at the hotel, it’s like they give you a table, and then you come and see that they are already sitting at it and look for an empty and CLEAN table yourself. The waiters just scoff: you sit and wait for him to deign to come up to you, it’s even impossible to pay humanly. Somehow we got tired of waiting for him and we went to the room without paying for the wine (which, by the way, is absolutely not tasty and only dry) so we were immediately called to the room, scolded and forced to return and pay immediately, although it could have been do it in the morning.
Shabby chairs, tables, etc. The service staff treats Russians badly. When we arrived, there were practically no Russians, only Germans and there were a lot of disabled people. The animation is completely uninteresting.
