Traveled this summer in August 2012 to the El Mouradi Club Kantaoui hotel in Tunisia through Coral Travel. They put us in a bungalow. We had two rooms, and so in one the door did not open, and in the other it did not close, the light switch button was broken. At the reception they said that there were no places in the main building and they gave two other bungalow rooms. The furniture in the rooms is shabby, ants are running around, hair is lying on the floor. They promised to change it to the main building tomorrow. They talk like that, like fuck off. The next day they refused to change the room, saying that there were no places. Shower gel and shampoo were provided in the room upon arrival. No more replenishment of the room with these accessories. As for spa treatments, their prices in the price list are too high, he easily throws them off or gives another set of procedures as a gift.
Upon arrival, we ate at the eatery on site, everything was not tasty and nasty even from hunger.
There are many cats walking on the territory, which periodically sleep on the table.

For remotes from the TV, air conditioning and beach towels, you must leave money as a deposit.
The sand on the beach is yellow, but occasionally there are cigarette butts, you need to drag the sun lounger on yourself. The sea was different on different days, sometimes clean, sometimes black-green algae, bags and broken plastic bottles floated. There are merchants on the beach all the time. There is no animation at all. Any water or tea, coffee, you have to ask the waiter or bartender, usually to the last turn and the type of service that they gave you and drink. If you ask for a cola, and they gave you a fanta, then they won’t change it. The waiters themselves put you at the table wherever you want to sit. We were thrown from one table to another, so that they would not bring us a drink. The service staff speaks languages poorly. The hotel obviously does not pull on 4 stars, I would give it 3. Once we were robbed by a man dressed as a waiter, came up and asked to change 3 dollars for 10 dinars. We did not immediately orient ourselves with the calculation and he pricked us for 4 dinars. The amount is nonsense, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained.
Went to the shops, complete squalor. Things are lying everywhere and on the floor and on the racks. It is written like a discount, two T-shirts for the same price, but the cashier punches as if there is no such discount. In general, we no longer want to go to the El Mouradi chain hotel.
