Now a couple of negative points. on the first day, money was stolen from our room (20 dollars and 30 dinars), we have not had time to take the safe yet. Of course, they themselves are to blame, but still ...the attitude towards the staff has deteriorated. we then approached our representative murad (or muhammed, they have names in the same way there) from the biblio-globus, told him about what had happened, he asked us for the room number and said that he would deal with the issue. the next day we came to find out what and how, he replied that the maid had been fired. let's hope this is true, because such people ruin the reputation of hotels.
Well, I would like to note the waiters: they won’t lift a finger without money. True, there is one uncle there, with a mustache, just lovely. first he will do something (unlike others), and only then he receives a tip - there is something for which it is not a pity. and hold the table, and put the flowers. in general, he is the only one there, the rest did nothing to us even after the tip. but with foreigners hugs-kissers, good friends! noticed that the attitude towards Russians there is rather negative. as the hookah man admitted to us (my husband was very good and friendly with him all two weeks), we are the only friendly Russians he saw. the rest, as a rule, ala cattle and boors. ashamed of the country, well. . and finally, when we were leaving, the bartender in the bar tried hard to get us to give him a tip. got rejected because he didn't deserve it. .
