Terrible hotel!!!

After such a holiday at the EL MOURADI PALACE hotel, you still need to leave for at least a week. The fact is that now Muslims have the holy month of Ramadan, that is, fasting. They have no right to drink, eat or smoke during the whole daylight hours. What does this have to do with a hotel, you ask? Yes, the most direct! All the waiters in restaurants and managers at the reception are angry, nervous and aggressive.
Service - three with a minus. I have never seen such 5 stars. There are no slippers in the room, the mini-bar is always empty. They are removed badly. First, they take the towels in the morning, then, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, they clean the room, the time when the towels are brought back remains a mystery to me, because almost every day we called the reception and asked for towels to be brought to us. After about half an hour, the request was fulfilled, although on the last day of our stay at the hotel we did not wait for towels, we had to use beach towels. Farther.
There are cockroaches in the room. When we saw a cockroach, we asked for a cockroach spray. What do you think happened next? The cleaner came and started looking for this cockroach! He pushed back the beds, pushed back the bedside tables, looked here and there, and then spread his arms like that and said: "No cockroaches! I didn't find it! " turned around and started to leave, I had to turn it back around to put the beds and bedside tables in place. I don’t know what was going on in their (managers, cleaners, I don’t know who) brains later, but about 5 minutes after the cleaner left, another one came with a spray against cockroaches and sprinkled us all over the bathroom. I have never experienced such a pungent smell.

Reception. Same. Irritable and nervous managers. You come to ask something and you feel that you are really straining them, and that it would be better for you not to interfere with their studies now, because they are much more important than hotel guests. All questions were answered reluctantly and angrily, with a facial expression "Do not interfere! "
The beach is dirty. The sea is dirty. Sunbeds are taken away at 6 pm, while referring to the same Ramadan. All in all, it's a horror and a nightmare. Arrogant, aggressive and lazy Arabs and Arab women ruined the whole holiday. I have never seen such a rude attitude towards tourists anywhere. I'm just shocked! I don't want to swear, but I hope that I will never, under any circumstances, return to Tunisia or to this terrible, disgusting hotel.
