We were in this hotel last year and weren't happy with our choice. Our stay was 14 - 28 July. We arrived at about 9 am, we were immediately accommodated, everything was very polite and without bribes. Cashier Bashir was very polite, helped us at every step and we had no language problems, everyone understood everything.

Cashier Bashir was very polite, helped us at every step and we had no language problems, everyone understood everything. When they want to understand you, communication is excellent.
The room is large, spotlessly clean upon arrival and in good condition, comfortable double bed, spacious balcony, good air conditioning.
Swimming pools, my kids love swimming pools, and here we are lucky! It is a paradise of palm trees and pools and you can immediately drink right there, there are enough sunbeds, the animation is entertaining. It’s easier for me to follow the children in the pool, so I spent more time at the pools, there are a lot of them both for children and adults, somewhere the audience is calm, we called it the Relax pool . . in other children, no one interferes with anyone.
We went to the sea in the morning, if the sea is not 100 meters from the exit through the reception, so what they write there is that the second line is very conditional. The sea is nearby. We went swimming in the morning met the dawn, even before breakfast. The beach of the hotel itself, where the bar and sunbeds are really 350 meters from the exit, TUK TUKs go there all the time, although it’s close to go, by the way, my children adored these Tuk Tuks, for them it’s like an adventure. The beach of the hotel itself is very elegant, and is called TIKI beach, it's like a club, it's very cool there and there were some kind of parties in the evenings.
The food/restaurant is great, lots of choice and the kids liked and had Tunisian national food. The kids are spicy, but I liked it. There are two rooms for dinner.
Staff and Service - Exceptional, helpful and friendly, not intrusive, no tip required!! ! This is different, in other places they are ready to climb on your head and tear out these tips, it all depends on the settings of the hotel management itself

The entertainment is excellent, the animation team worked tirelessly, in the evening they put on an impromptu show to entertain the guests.
Overall - excellent value for money, without compromising on quality, it would be difficult to find a hotel at this price that is of the same high standard.

I rested with my daughter from May 1 to May 10.2016. Gorgeous territory, a palm garden, I have not seen this before, a lot of greenery, everything is well-groomed. The hotel is on the second line, its own beach is 3 minutes on foot and cute tuk tuks are constantly walking along Kanta beach. The beach itself is good, everything is there and a bar and awnings with sunbeds for relaxation.

Warm, clean, comfortable sloping entrance.
The sand is white-white, the Caribbean is straight.

The hotel is very well located, next to a beautiful port, an amusement park, shops, cafes, clubs.
The food was delicious, everyone will find something to their liking, no one will remain hungry. There are gourmet restaurants.
The hotel has animators, not intrusive, always friendly and cheerful.
Work starts in the morning and ends at midnight.
On the beach every day water aerobics, gymnastics, games. Every evening some kind of show, karaoke. Bar with live music.
The room was cleaned daily, nothing was stolen from us, gel, soap, shampoo were reported as needed, towels were also changed every day.
We were very pleased with our stay and would love to go back there.
The hotel is well worth its price. Tunisia is a very comfortable country for a holiday.
Compared to Egypt, the local Arabs are less wild, the influence of Europe is stronger here.
Port el Kanatui itself is a beautiful Mediterranean resort, peaceful with oriental charm!!!
