Attitude towards guests is excellent. This is not Egypt for you, there is no rudeness here, after all, almost Europe and the Europeans have a decent rest. There is a shop in the hotel, but if you walk a little from the hotel for about half a kilometer, you will find a shopping center where prices are fixed and lower. The hotel is well guarded even on the beach, in addition to lifeguards, there is a guard on duty. There is a Russian-speaking representative at the reception, and so in general, all the staff understand Russian a little. Internet is free on the territory and in the rooms.
