Also employees of the Tez-Tour office, at the River Station, in the shopping center "At the River".
They simply amaze with their unprofessionalism by sending me to such a hotel.
They talked about 4 stars, 3+, in fact, a dead three!

This is just my personal opinion!!!
Vacation ruined, hotel terrible! The first thing that comes to mind is unsanitary conditions everywhere.
If you want to stand in lines for 25 minutes in the heat, then you are here. And so everywhere! Entrance to the dining room 25 minutes of waiting. Coffee 20 minutes of waiting, if you want a fork, spoon, plate, wait.
The plates are almost all broken, the cups too. The tables are dirty, do not have time to wipe or stains from a rag. Eat like in a pigsty. There are no napkins, salt and pepper, you have to look.

But for the French there is everything! And there is a different attitude towards Algerians, although the Russians are the backbone of this hotel.
But we are treated here as to ha . . well!
The hotel is stolen, so the locks on all your belongings are a must! No one will solve your problems if something happened to you.
At the reception, they will immediately forget Russian and English. Since there is no electronic key to enter the room, no one will find who stole from you. Yes, and will not look! And the tourist police, too, will not solve the issue, they only speak Arabic.
The safe at the reception is so antediluvian, there are no cameras, anyone will open it with a finger.
Cleaning is disgusting, for a week, they never washed the sink, mirror, did not change the towels, although I asked. Even for tea! Only your own towels!
If you don't want problems, feed the cleaning lady, our chocolates go well and money.
Wooden sun loungers are all broken! The soft pads underneath are all dirty and tattered!
There are no sun loungers on the sea from this hotel! Everything else that they write is a lie! There is Russian-speaking staff, do not believe the reviews! Everyone goes to a nearby beach. The sea is relatively clean, algae, but there are few of them.
The staff is unfriendly, only for Algerians they are their own!
At the reception, a bald man, he doesn’t care at all, a young guy, he can decide something for money. The girl is trying, but since there is a mess everywhere, she scores a lot! No badges or names, I don't know. They don't have anything.
There are no condos at the reception at all. In the dining room too. Sit and sweat. So that they do not write, or save and do not turn them on!
Wifi is just terrible!
Rooms - oh yes! This is not even Anapa 90 goals. Everything is so dead, rotten, rusty, everything is broken! Dirt, an old condo that barely works and makes noise that it is impossible to sleep. The refrigerator is old, the TV is so-so, 1 Russian channel 1st. The chairs and table on the balcony are all rotten.

You can go outside the territory, even in the evening, but there are types.
The nearest center "Ali Baba" - there you can buy a lot! And souvenirs as well. Prices are fixed. Leather, dates, coffee, etc.
Animation is mediocre, everything is the same. Nothing special to look at! Arkem is a good fellow, plows on a children's animation for three!
Food and drinks are often a la carte!
Food: Breakfast eggs every day, then you can't even look at them!
You can't drink tea for breakfast. It's just nonsense!
And there is so much to eat, the food is varied, you will not stay hungry. Crabs are given outside on certain days, also with shrimp. Often unsigned, guess what, I have food allergies, so I had a lot of fun!
A guy who makes pizza and hamburgers by the pool. He is always dissatisfied with everything, with his hands without gloves, the grip with which he gets the pizza, puts it down somewhere in the dirt. Just awful!
The chairs at the evening show are often broken, but there are not enough of them, take your seats in advance. Otherwise, you will sit on the floor. Furniture in the foyer, all worn and dirty, it's disgusting to sit.
There is an exchanger in the hotel.
Overall: a nightmare and a quiet horror.
Not a hotel, but a dump!
