ужасный отдых terrible holiday

Rested from 12 to 22 August 2010. We went on a honeymoon trip and, you know, we were waiting for such a vacation that we will remember and remember it !!!!!
I'll start in order.
We arrived in the evening, our guide Oksana (tour company PEGAS, a terrible company for the first and last time we fly through it) did not come to the meeting, we waited 45 minutes for her and left, as it turned out, she moved it to the morning, but no one told us about it . I met her by chance in the hotel lobby 2 days later. I must say right away that she doesn’t need anything, except to sell more excursions, that’s all. She is not interested in your problems.

What was in the hotel: dirty, stink. In order. The linen was not changed for 5-7 days, the towels were hardly changed, but ours were simply folded, the beach towels were always wet and smelly, as it turned out, they were simply not washed, but dried on a pipe under our balcony (I have a photo, if anyone does not believes. ) The floors in the room were not washed at all, let alone the toilet, sink and mirror. I endured 3 days, I thought okay, but when they brought me towels (they were changed, since we began to put them on the floor) with bloody stains (I'm a doctor and I can tell if it's blood or not, and any woman will understand) then I I told Oksana everything, from her expression it was clear that she knew all this and was not even surprised, she promised to help, but we did not wait for any help. On the 5th day, I called Moscow and only then did she stir, but not much has changed - as it was dirty, it remained.
The restaurant food is terrible - one cabbage and carrots - for every taste - stewed, fried... there is not enough meat, you have to come to the opening, otherwise you won’t get it. Of the fruits, some melons and watermelons are green....(we ourselves went to the port and bought food and fruits) there were no peaches, pears and other fruits... but you can be silent about seafood, there was nothing. For breakfast they gave only eggs - there was no porridge, no cottage cheese. I had to stand for an omelette for a long time, as the boy made it separately, and he was in no hurry to go anywhere. The attitude of the waiters towards the Russians leaves much to be desired - they could come up to take an order (there is no free water for lunch and dinner, you have to wait for the waiter to bring it) and leave, we will have lunch, and he will only bring or even forget about us and so with all the Russians. Once we arrived from an excursion at 9:30 pm, we wanted to eat, the restaurant was open until 10 pm, so they didn’t want to let us in at all, okay, we went in, so he didn’t even come up to take the order and they took the appliances from the next table... and so all 11 days.
In the bar, where all-inclusive plastic cups for Russians, and normal glasses for Italians, were thrown, just like that, so I didn’t want to come anymore. Once we went to drink coffee, and in the coffee machine there were COCKROACHES, and next to the water there were bugs, as you know, we didn’t want coffee. There was a terrible stench from the chairs, it was impossible to stay there, the air conditioner was not turned on at all in the evening, you can’t sit there for a long time.
Everything is paid on the beach, the beach is not your own, you have to go through a construction site and you think whether a barrel of water or a stove will fall on your head or not. You have to come early, because by 8 o'clock in the morning you can't take a sunbed. Near the pool until you give 2 dinars, the mattress will not be brought.

And the “best” thing is that they moved the plane to us at 12:00, took it at night, and not at 15:00 in the afternoon... that is, they stole the whole paid day. Oksana reported this 4 hours before departure, and not one day, and did not even explain why.
They cheat with the exchange of money right at the hotel, we told Oksana, to which she replied: yes, they practice this and that's it.
The pools, if you can call them that - small - muddy, dirty and with tufts of hair - they were not cleaned at all. Animations zero, volleyball and supposedly water aerobics on the beach in the morning and all. The animators did not particularly strain during the working day, but they came off in the evening, thumped because even Russians do not drink, and this is in Ramadan.
In general, the rest became flour and already on the 2nd day I wanted to fly away.
But there are pluses: the weather is great, the sand, the sea is warm, the sun...
