We arrived at the hotel on May 20.2018. Tour operator Pegas. Hotel Iti Bellevue Park (Susse). This is our first visit to this country. It was disappointing that Pegas does not feed at all during the flight. This was written on the ticket, but we did not attach any importance to this, as we naively believed that tea or coffee would be offered to us. We fly with Aeroflot and that's why it didn't even occur to me. We will know. But the agency manager would do well to put an emphasis on this - Pegas does not feed!
The hotel is at the highest level in terms of service and accommodation. A very big minus was the presence and non-removal of algae on the beach / entrance to the sea. Algae is a seasonal story. We understood and accepted this, but during the 8 days of our vacation we saw an excavator twice, which buried them in the sand or dumped them into the sea. Agree, this is not a solution to the problem. We walked along the coast. See what's going on in other hotels. The only problem was with us. We tried not to pay attention to it, because otherwise everything is SUPER! Lots of seafood, fresh juice for breakfast, delicious ice cream and lots of fruit. We'll come again. But we will plan a vacation for the fall.
