We rested with 2 couples for 20 years a week at the marabou hotel . .
The hotel draws on very good 3 stars, after reading the reviews we arrived, they immediately informed us that we needed rooms nearby and with a normal view. "Ok, 20 dinars" - they said
Bargained for 30 from both, gave rooms overlooking the pool and stage. They immediately took a safe - 30 dinars - 10 for renting a cell for a week and 20 a deposit for a key (upon presentation of a receipt and a key, they returned it by the expiration date of 20)
Jellyfish bit us on the first (our pair) and the second day (second pair) - they appear in the evening (we didn’t know that then) - therefore, after 16.00 they didn’t climb into the sea - they didn’t bite us anymore; ). The bites are tolerable - 30 minutes will burn and pass - they came to the room after swimming - smeared with panthenol - in the morning there was almost nothing left.

The rooms, like everywhere else, are cleaned every day - towels are also every day, linen . . I don’t know, I didn’t notice how often they change, but they change constantly; )
IN AUGUST-SEPTEMBER they have RAMADAN - you can hardly buy alcoholic beverages anywhere (we didn’t see them anywhere, but they said they are sold in Port-kantaoui in generals), even in generals. Therefore, duty free is your salvation; ). I advise you to buy even if there is no Ramadan - there is not much alcohol there . . )
Water and food were carried into the room in backpacks, so as not to annoy the guards once again - and they were put in bags while the room was being cleaned - there were no complaints against us.
The food seemed good to us - we always ate completely)
Their breakfast is mostly rolls, jam flakes, milk and sausages, either with boiled eggs or scrambled eggs (the fact that Tunisia is a former French colony affects breakfast with a French touch)
For dinner, a lot of meat of several types (eg turkey, lamb and beef) and fish, several side dishes.
The water park is a bit painful but in general you get used to it and ride pretty well
Animators work for 3 s - during the day the same type of water aerobics, sometimes water polo. In the evening there is a mini disco with the same set of songs (these melodies are still spinning in my head, but the children like it). Evening shows start with a delay of half an hour or an hour, and they seemed to us not very exciting (the tranny show is perhaps the most fun)
In general, we were completely satisfied with the hotel and the rest, the hotel is generally more family-oriented, but for young people there are a lot of discos nearby, the bora-bora club, if you want, it won’t be boring 8)
True, in the end, annoying Arab merchants, taxi drivers get it, but what can you do, they have such a character; )
In general, I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good time!
