Very beautiful nature, well-groomed clean cities, especially resorts, of course, there are a myriad of hotels, from 3 to 5 stars. what to say about the residents themselves, as in Egypt no one grabs by the hand, but it’s still better to go with a man, even having a teenage boy from 14 years old with you guarantees that no one will bother you. not very clean, it is better not to go to fast foods.
about restaurants. the price range is awesome. for lunch at a restaurant in your hotel or in any other, get ready to shell out at least 30 dinars (180 UAH) for two, although opposite the hotel - about 15-20 dinars. there is a difference. so go take a look.
about travel in a taxi for 2011. Negotiate a price right away and pay right away. I say right away that there will be no change, prepare money without change. bargain, to the extent that you turn around and leave - believe me, they will catch up and go for your price. there is public transport, but it is very scarce, and besides, you need to know where and from where it goes, in terms of money, about 1-2 dinars, no more.
about tips. at least 1 dollar for cleaning the room, for the waiter for the ordered juices, water, beer, well, at your discretion, if the chickens do not peck the dough.
about service. even in a 3+ hotel, the service is good, for not giving a tip you can hear Arabic swearing in your address (you can guess on the spot yourself), this is done not for your ears, but between the waiters themselves, they are sure that you don’t know the language.
