Were in Tunisia from 14 to 29 September 2008. Went with a group of friends of 6. Everyone found what they were looking for. Someone is the magnificent sands of the Sahara and an unforgettable dawn in the desert, and someone is night parties in the beautiful Port El Kantoui. Tunisia is just amazing! Tunisians are excellent people, sociable, cheerful, polite, educated. At least the vast majority. The weather was great. +36 in shadow. One evening it rained heavily, but the next morning there was no trace of it. Nature is great. The hotel has a lot of greenery - palm trees, fir and some other trees, the names of which even the locals and employees could not tell us. The hotel itself is good. Probably one of the best on the coast. Only Marhaba Palace is better, but it is also much more expensive. The service is excellent and with the tip the waiter brings you bottles of wine non-stop. The quality of food and its variety is also quite impressive. What was one baked tongue worth !!! ! I personally didn't like the desserts. They are monotonous. The beach is excellent, the sea is warm and super-salty. The animation on the beach is great. Evening animation is repeated from week to week. T. e. designed for 7 days, then all over again. In the second week we went to entertainment in neighboring hotels, for comparison and variety. Excursions were taken to Carthage and the Sahara. Carthage is not particularly impressive, and the Sahara is something unforgettable. There are simply no words to describe it all. Riding in jeeps on the dunes is awesome extreme! Camel riding is just great! A dawn in the desert.... We got up at 4 am for him! But this is a very impressive sight! We went to the zoo and the amusement park on our own, without excursions. Attractions are not particularly impressive, except perhaps the room of fear. That's where we grabbed the adrenaline! There is nothing special to buy from souvenirs - you can find good bags, but they cost the same as ours. Coffee, of course. Well, that's all. . . The only negative point, when flying home, our flight was delayed for 4 hours for technical reasons, and we were stuck at the airport for these 4 hours. Transaero, of course, did its best, they provided us with lunch, everything was as it should be. But it's still very tedious. The Germans, however, are poor fellows, they were waiting for a flight to Frankfurt for 8 hours. And so, everything is great! All in Tunisia!!! !
