Negative emotions began at the airport, the flight was delayed for 3 hours, on the flight they were fed one bun with a thin slice of ham (this was after such a delay. The flight was operated by Azur Air). We arrived at the hotel by nightfall, we were given the keys to the room right away (here we were lucky, the room was given a good one, after repair), we were very surprised that they didn’t even show us which way to go to the room, we looked for it ourselves (thanks to Russian vacationers a lot) . We went to have dinner, the restaurant has not been working for half an hour, but after all, those who arrive later are always taken into account, but not here. They left us one plate each, in which there was again a roll and slices of ham, slices of oranges and a couple of dates (that's how it is on a roll all day... ). In the evening, there is a lot of garbage on the floors of the hotel. We were greeted in the restaurant in the morning with dirty tablecloths and chairs, no coffee cups and OUR DIRTY PLATES FROM YESTERDAY WHICH WERE WHERE WE LEFT THEM YESTERDAY!!! ! Dirt around (and so it was every morning) we were very upset. The hotel area is not bad, but the photo is much more colorful. The beach is not bad, it was not lucky that it was stormy and the sea, of course, was very dirty, but this is not a claim to the hotel). It was amazing that the staff on the beach did not help at all with sunbeds and mattresses, the three of us (myself and two daughters) walked around looking for everything and dragging it ourselves. Our room was not cleaned at all (only the bed was made) until they started leaving a dollar (they began to wipe the floor). I did not notice the change of towels (there was a feeling that the old ones were hung in place). But the most amazing thing is that there was no hair dryer in the room!! ! It was issued against a deposit of 20 dinars for 1 hour. 4 star hotel, for a moment. But the biggest disappointment, of course, is the food. Always the same all week. Mashed-fried-stewed potatoes, cheap pasta of two types (spaghetti and horns), Terrible dry chicken, and fish and lamb were a little pleased (I ate only them, now I won’t want to soon). The salads are terrible, of the desserts only one kind of cake is good, the dates are green and astringent, the fruits are often rotten, the children liked the ice cream. For breakfast, they ate only pancakes and boiled eggs (there was nothing more). We went once to the restaurant by appointment, except for the dorado, everything else was again from the dining room. The hotel consists of three buildings, Madh-haba Class is average in terms of level. The travel agency assured us that we can use the restaurants of all hotels. We went to the neighboring building of the Marhaba Hotel (the food is the same, but at least it is clean and the staff works, and not just idly walks around the restaurant). We managed to go only for dinner and lunch the next day, after which we were asked to go to our building from there. It turned out that we have no right to use the restaurants of other buildings. There are also many complaints about the tour operator (Onyx Tour), we went on a boat trip, nothing but the word HORRIBLE and nothing to say. They took us from port to port for more than an hour, until they put us in a small boat instead of a pirate ship almost completely crammed with the local population (we felt like uninvited guests at someone else's holiday), sailed a little from the coast, just sat doing nothing for a couple of hours in the heat without water (which was promised in the cost of the trip, but in fact it was for 3 dinars), then they started to swim in the sea, fed some nonsense, and then there was a program (a sword swallower, he is the manager on the ship, he is also a waiter), the dance promised in the program belly dancing men (they are just as floating as we are, only local Arabs). Then we just swam back to shore. So after all this, our guide did not even consider it necessary to come up to us and say something to justify that we did not get on the right ship and we were simply put on the Arabs.
