Hello! Here, having arrived from Tunisia, I decided to leave a review about the hotel for interested tourists. My husband and I rested at the hotel from May 23-30.2010. First impressions: the hotel is very beautiful, the interior is just a feast for the eyes. Everything is done with taste, clean....high European level. Settled in quickly.
We follow further, the territory: the atmosphere is calm, the music sounds a little muffled, flowers and palm trees are planted around, the pools are also very beautiful, there are 2 of them, one with sea water (when we were there it was heated) and the second huge with ordinary water. All pools are equipped with jacuzzi system, very cool. The beach is clean. clean well maintained, excellent entry into the sea. The sun loungers are just fabulous. I rested in many places, I haven’t seen such ones, the deck chair takes different positions, this is a 10-ku.

Everything in the room is very nice and comfortable - a plasma TV, a beautiful bed, the latest furniture. The restaurant - the food is top class, there are simply no comments (they are fed to the slaughter!!!! ). Service - they want to do it at the highest level, but not everything goes smoothly. Russian tourists are mediocre, Germans and French are upper class. All inclusive they have is strange, it is not completely clear what we can drink and what is not about our honor and a very big minus they constantly ask for the room number and give checks for painting and indicating the room number, it comes to laughter. many say that the room number will be remembered for the rest of their lives! Coffee Tea. everything is brought by waiters, so you can wait 15-20 minutes for a cup of coffee, as waiters often forget what and who orders from them. Ok, next - housekeeping - well, let's say C grade, the cleaners should put water in the rooms every day, but they don't do that, they don't give out slippers, bathrobes, they only speak on demand. Prices in the minibar - breathtaking! There are no Russian channels - only euro news! Cleaners are not clean at hand, they personally stole a whole bottle of perfume from us, it's a pity, 250 euros were stolen from someone... much more deplorable. The hotel administration does not particularly stand on ceremony with Russians, the Germans complain about everything all the time and problems are quickly resolved. Here is the only thing, in the morning before departure, everything in the room was cut off for us - light, electricity and we had to gather in the field, at the reception they said that the card was not blocked, as I explained to them that the room was paid until 12 noon, we can change, in short, the service pumps up the boy. In general, if you decide to go to this hotel - go without hesitation, because while the hotel is new, I think you can go there, because their hotels quickly come at a loss, and not in the required form.
