I never leave reviews but I will make an exception. After reading bad reviews, I went on vacation already with complete disappointment. BUT... Everything turned out differently. Rested and continue to rest at the moment with my husband and a child of 4 years. We arrived in the evening, we were perfectly met at the reception, they gave everyone a fresh juice. The number was provided immediately. All the staff may be bad, but they speak Russian, there were no problems with this. In general, a lot of Russians live in the hotel, more than other foreigners. And the staff does not single out anyone. They are very friendly and ready to solve any problem you may have. At the same time, they are not stressed. Maybe they always expect tips from us, but personally we have managed without them so far : ). Even in the restaurant, someone wrote that without a tip they would not remove and would not come to you. Everything is not true! Waiters are always ready to help you. And the child's chair was moved, and water was poured, and cutlery was ALWAYS in place. While we rest in the high season. The main restaurant has a small variety of dishes. There was no seafood yet. Wait, there's always fruit. Small portions of goodies. Ice cream is always available too. Compared to Turkey, the menu of Tunisia is very inferior. But everything is edible, spices are not sharp, and not nasty. The child did not complain, he ate with pleasure. We ate. As I understand it, tea and coffee are drunk here only for breakfast. But if you wish, you can order in one of the bars. Or in your room. Speaking of room. He didn't have any problems either. And I was waiting for them! Also after reading the reviews. We live in the left wing on the 4th floor overlooking the pools and the sea. You can always see if there are waves on the sea. Peace and quiet at night, no music from neighboring hotels is heard. We sleep with pleasure. Sometimes you can hear the noise of the water in the next room, even when they flush the toilet. : ): ): ). But it doesn't bother. The room is comfortable, everything is there. True, there are some minor shortcomings. A little gray and washed linen, especially towels. They look very stale even if they were just changed. And for some reason, we were provided with towels only for two, and not for three. Shampoo, gel in 1 copy. From animation only in the evening live music. But it's not boring, you can always go for a walk in the city, the locals also speak Russian : )
Very friendly, you can always negotiate. Souvenir shops within walking distance. There are more taxis driving around the city than local cars. In general, the hotel is good, there are shortcomings, but they can be experienced. This is a family run hotel and is quiet and peaceful. Even taking into account the fact that there are many children. It is not intended for noisy companies who want to have fun.
