I would like to say right away that the hotel is good, very beautiful. I would even say that the best of all in Tunisia (precisely in terms of the beauty of the territory) are two adult pools with a jacuzzi and one of them with sea water, there is a children's pool there are only kids, but the beach was not impressed - a lot of garbage, bulls from cigarettes , glassware and more. The last two days and the sea is also dirty, the staff tried to catch the garbage, but not efficiently. With food, as they say, there is not a huge variety, but we had enough. Now about the sad part: on the second day of rest there were problems with the safe, at first it did not open, maybe someone would think that we cannot handle the safe, but this is not at all the case. The safe is very simple to use, you need to dial your code and press the lock button, to open it is even easier only the code, and it opens itself. In the morning, leaving the room, we put money and passports there and, in joy, went to sunbathe, after arriving from the beach, it no longer opened and wrote strange symbols on the scoreboard and we had to call security with a key, a similar situation repeated itself in the next two days, only then we didn’t 1400$ counted. Two days later, the same thing happened in another room on the 7th and 6th floors. The local manager Aimen, at different times, said one beautiful phrase to everyone: "how can you prove that there was money at all ???? " and he also said: "our staff has been working since the very first day of the opening of the hotel and I am sure of them, they definitely did not take anything! " we did not expect such an attitude, of course no one returned the money, tomorrow we will fly home, but the mood is spoiled. And today the reception was also pleased by declaring that we drank red bull from the mini bar, although we did not even touch it. So everyone have a nice holiday, save your money and leave it in safes!! !
