I'll start with the fact that now the hotel has 5 stars, but maybe this is not for long, because in time it can really return to 4 (repairs were apparently done a long time ago).
The second thing I note is that most of the reviews are frankly strange. But when you start reading and you see that for people the main indicator was the ability of the staff to speak Russian, or good animation, then all the subjectivity of such reviews becomes clear. Well, once in a while, apparently it’s not necessary, at least I don’t understand all the complaints about the diversified food, the long wait for waiters and the lack of sunbeds, we didn’t have to face this.
We were vacationing with a friend. We were given a room overlooking the sea and on the quiet side (opposite from the pool and animation) just like that)) Although at first we started to get nervous seeing how everyone starts slipping money so as not to settle on the first floor (which, by our standards, is second). As it turned out later - on the third and 4th floors the room looked worse than on our first one, and the decoration was still different - we had white and mirrored, and there it was gray, or under a tree.

The food was excellent, several types of meat, there were seafood, very tasty watermelon, indescribably delicious desserts, ice cream, etc. We did not give any tips to anyone (except for the maid a couple of times, after which she began to lay out flowers from her pajamas)))), but we always had enough tables and sunbeds with mattresses on the beach (they had to be asked from a man with the word Security on his T-shirt).
The sea on the first day was fabulous, warm and clean. It is a pity that after the storm everything from the beach was washed away into the sea - in general, it was dirty for a couple of days. We have not watched the animation more than once, so there can be no complaints about this. We mostly went to the city, to an amusement park, to a lounge bar, to discos, to the port (good places are hard to find, but possible).
In general, the holiday was a success! I will name only 3 cons:
- It rained for 2 days (Although the locals claimed that they don’t have this at this time of the year.
- The staff hides everything! ) For example, when I asked why my Wi-Fi was not working, I was told that Samsung was to blame (by the way, Wi-Fi did not work for almost everyone, or did it only concern immigrants from the CIS...., since everyone was constantly sitting in the lobby with laptops and tablets, well, it still worked from iPhones) . . So, right behind the reception there was a room with free Internet, there were 3 computers . . Although some said that they They tried to get money for this. . .
By the end of the holiday, we found out that on "all inclusive" we could order a Tunisian dinner in the room 1 time, and a bottle of wine - no one told us about this anywhere! (
- I left my bolero at the hotel club. When we later tried to find him, we were simply told that we had not seen anything (I'm sure they were just too lazy to even ask at least the cleaning lady who worked that day).
But in general, these little things did not spoil our holiday. With what mood you are going to rest, so everything should work out for you!
