I decided to learn about the rest in Tunisia first hand. Bought a ticket and flew. We met well, I’m looking ahead, and the girl who drove from the airport all the time talked about the country and the hotel guide Elena was generally well done. Thank you Kartash, plus everything is on time, everything is on time and excursions and all issues are resolved. Well, that's where the fun ends and the hotel begins. Our first day was a shock and not only us. Everything suits me everywhere and always, I never pay attention to trifles, but here elementary things cannot be solved. Firstly, no one escorted us to the room, they said there was an elevator and forward to the second floor. The safe in the room was closed, had to call a worker to open it. There are no foot towels and there were none until the end of the stay. Mini bar is empty, at least put a bottle of water. I'm out of the way, hot, and can't drink a glass of water. The mini bar is filled the next day, they explained to us that they do not know how many people will be in the room. As a result, they put everything on the basis of one person, although there were two of us. Thank you, but on the second day, I can go to the bar myself and get myself some water. The beach wasn't amazing either. . The sun loungers are in a pile, come, ask, then they will put it on you, and then the worker sits, and why not come in the morning and put everything at once and let people come and take places where it is convenient for them, and not stand and wait until he has one mattress will take it, and slowly, to others, third, it’s good if you are fourth, but it happened and you will be fifth. This is all the fault of the hotel staff. Issues are petty, solved if desired, and then they will not say that the service in Turkey is better. And the last one is food. There is practically nothing to eat in the morning. Breakfast starts at 6:00 and scrambled eggs begin at 7:30. If there is no omelet for breakfast, then what can we talk about. At lunch, there are no drinks, everything must be ordered through the waiters, they do not have time to serve everyone, and it turns out that I have already finished eating, and they only bring me drinks. I am not a proud person and I can go and take it myself, if there were vending machines with drinks, they are standing in the morning, and the waiters would be unloaded. And the most painful issue is checks. I am on vacation and I have to put my signature for every glass of water, and I also have to carry a pen with me everywhere. The lunch and dinner menu is also meager, but in principle you will not be hungry, the menu is at the level of a weak 4 in Turkey. I am writing a review in the hope that the hotel administration will respect it and make the rest of tourists more comfortable. Well, for tourists, so that they know what awaits them in this hotel. And for tourists from Ukraine, Kyivstar didn’t turn on with us and we had to buy a Tunisian card, so take MTS with you better. The country is beautiful, the people are friendly, but I won’t go to Tunisia anymore. For that kind of money, I can rest much more comfortably in the same Turkey or Egypt. I'm going on vacation to take a break from problems, and in Orient we had continuous problems. As a result, I want to advise tourists, if you want to look for good hotels in Tunisia.
