Terrible Hotel and staff. We rested in August 2018 with children 19 years old and 7 years old. We bought a ticket 3 days before departure from Leveltrevel (there are no claims against the company for purchasing the tour, except that the tour selection managers have no idea about the hotel and fully read the description from the Internet. Therefore, you should not ask them for help), tour operator - Anex Tur. We were supposed to rest for a week from 13.08. 18 to 20.08. 18, BUT...it didn't work out. I'll start in order...

We arrived at the airport, the tour operator - Russian young guys and girls are pleasant to talk to. Upon arrival at the hotel, our mood deteriorated sharply at the sight of a frenzied number of Arabs or Algerians (or both) and the smell of sewerage near the hotel. But despite this, they checked in at the hotel as expected and gave us the key. The number is a separate story, which simply immediately decided our entire future fate. The toilet (toilet bowl) was not flushed, in which feces from past guests floated.

There was almost no water in the tap (a small trickle flowed), the sink was completely clogged, the shower did not even want to turn on. There are no towels or toiletries at all. There are 3 beds in the room, stacked together and made across with gray sheets and there was not a single pillow for us. Therefore, they slept almost on a bare bed with their youngest daughter, but the eldest was "embarrassed" even to go to bed. All our efforts to replace the room or the hotel with the representative of the tour operator, who constantly sits in the hotel lobby and the hotel staff at the reception, were in vain. We were simply denied our problem, explaining that all the hotels are overcrowded, there are no rooms in our hotel at all, and they can’t help us in any way and didn’t even reassure us that they might solve the problem at the first opportunity. We decided to go to dinner with the children, but it was terrible - complete unsanitary conditions in the restaurant, which can hardly even be called a restaurant.
We looked at the empty trays that were swept away in one second by the Arabs who were visiting at that time. They left hungry. We went for a walk around the hotel and looked at the sea. Yes, it’s a very beautiful clear sea from afar, but at the entrance to it there was a guard with a machine gun, whom we were afraid of, because we didn’t immediately understand that it was security at all (((In general, we received a lot of negative emotions and decided that without a toilet and we won’t last a week for a soul, as well as normal food. We bought tickets for the next charter and just fled Tunisia, having lost all the money for the rest and even more than that, and also remained without vacation. The staff can’t say that it’s polite, especially the girl at the reception Nadine (I think that was her name), who threw keys and raised her voice. Animation was on the very first day of our arrival, but for their "invited" guests, the next day most of them left and the hotel was quiet without music, animations and Arabian gold.
But the conditions for the stay have not changed, unfortunately (By the way, we tried to go to breakfast, but also to no avail, we left hungry. We barely made it to dinner - we had to eat at least cold pasta and potatoes, ate a watermelon.

As for food - if there is no "ALL INCLUSIVE", then you are not provided with any drinks, only water, for breakfast - tea. And there are no other advantages from full board.

A little more about the rooms - all the rooms are terrible, moldy, there is mold hanging on the ceilings above the bed, it smells like sewage, there is no cleaning, the dust is not wiped off. In general, you can say a lot and everything is only bad. One plus is the seashore (white sand) and the turquoise sea)))

Currency exchange: it’s better to change at the airport, because the exchange rate is not favorable at the hotel and they don’t give you a receipt so that you can return the unspent money when you leave. Taxis break the price and it's not safe to drive at night!
