The only caveat is that the air conditioning system in the hotel is entirely central, and since the air temperature during the day varied around 25-29 degrees Celsius, therefore, it was not turned on for the entire period of our stay, although the guests periodically asked the administrator about it.
Beach:
The coastline is about 100m, sandy, clean, gentle entry into the water.

But the hotel administration staff politely sent her away, under an incomprehensible pretext. And she asked me, if anything, to keep her informed about the resolution of my issue.
