Адский отель! Hell of a hotel!

I hope I can save someone from a trip to this hotel.
Despite the good location of the hotel, it is terrible in almost everything. This is not 5 *, far away. Maximum average 3.
1) Nutrition
A couple of types of meat, sometimes fish, potatoes, pasta, stewed vegetables from side dishes. The most simple salads, desserts and fruits. You can eat but this is not a 5 * hotel menu.
2) Alcohol
He's terrible. Beer, vodka, crayfish, wine (which is impossible to drink), gin. That's all. No cocktails.
3) Rooms
Clean but small and not enough outlets.
4) Maintenance

This is where hell begins. On the first day of arrival, they gave out one glass per hand, after complaints from visitors they began to give out 2. There are few staff and they don’t care about you. The bartender can calmly be rude to visitors. There is only one bar open and it is closed during breakfast/lunch/dinner. There are no coffee machines. To drink coffee you have to stand in a giant queue. There are few tables, it can be impossible to take a seat in the dining room. It's also impossible to sit down late at night and have a beer unless you get a table at 9pm. at 00:30 the lights are turned off and you have to sit in the dark. Every day I had to buy alcohol in the store, because. You can stand in line for a beer for 15-20 minutes.
The music is disgusting, the staff did not hear about spotify playlists. The same miserable Russian pop every night. Elevators are terrible, you can wait for 10 minutes to go up to your room. The staff is rude and doesn't solve problems. In front of me, the bartender threw a saucer and a cup of boiling water in front of the visitor for being outraged that there was no green tea. The maximum price of this hotel is 250 USD. per person per week, no more. I still don't recommend this hotel! Even for that kind of money. Honestly, I don't understand how you can put 4-5 *.
