We rested at the Baia Lara 5 * hotel with my husband from January 2 to 17. In winter, we decided to rest in Turkey for the first time. We chose this hotel because it is new and the reviews are good. But it turned out that the estimates are too high, the price is too high. Yes, and the interior is already shabby decently... They gave a room on the 6th floor, a side view of the sea (we paid for a sea view). The room has a free safe, a mini-bar replenished daily and internet (only a deposit for the cord was paid, then it was returned), bathrobes and slippers, detergents. Cleaning every day, the only complaint was that the floor was not vacuumed for 10 days (if it were not for my asthma, we would not have paid attention to this). There was a problem with the shower, for our entire vacation it was not resolved, although we made an application 3 times. Later, friends explained to us that in order to save money, there is a limiter in the soul and the water is barely flowing. In general, in the winter the hotel is on austerity, it is noticeable... and the food is modest and monotonous, many bars do not work, the animation is "asleep", the evening programs are modest. Service in the restaurant and bar is on the level, drinks are only local, although it was stated that they should be imported. Ala carte only for a fee. The spa worked fine, the pools are indoors and one outdoors is warm. We were lucky with the weather, it was warm for 8 days (up to 24), we sunbathed, the rest of the time partly cloudy and 16-20, it rained 4 times, but not for long. The sea was 18-19 degrees. In the morning and in the evening the temperature is 13-15, it is colder at night. We are not happy with the hotel itself. He's not cozy. Yes, and you need to take into account that it was handed over during the crisis, this can be seen from the finishing materials and interior. We had friends at that time in the nearby Royal, it was much better there... We don’t want to return to this hotel...
