We needed a hotel in Antalya. . After reading the reviews and looking at the photos, I decided that in general the hotel is not bad. . . ))! But I was very wrong! I have already rested in Turkey 8 times, the hotels were from 3 to 4 stars, but this hotel is far from 3 stars. . . !!!! ! (2 stars with a stretch! ) Lure tourists by hook or by crook. . . On the first day of arrival, just crossed the threshold, I saw the manager Ali. . ! ! I said hello (like all normal people), but did not hear anything in response.... )))) I was looked at by an IMPRESSIVE smug face. . . ) I was very tired and really wanted to sleep (we flew at night), so I didn’t pay much attention to it. After standing at the reception desk for 2-4 minutes, without hearing a word, I submitted my passport and voucher myself. After some waiting, I got my passport back and heard one single phrase: check-in after 11.00. I, delighted that finally they spoke to me, asked a question. . . (Like all newly arrived tourists), but alas. . , there was no answer, I got a little nervous! But how will I communicate with a person for 9 days, if on the first day he pretends that he does not hear me or does not understand. . Arriving from the sea and silently receiving the keys, I tried again to ask a question, but everything was unsuccessful. My mood, already bad, darkened even more. When I entered the room, I received the final SHOCK ! ! The room was very tiny (3 by 3 meters! ) The bed barely fit! (but there was a plus - the toilet and the shower were very close! after 2 STEPS), I'm not writing about a broken shower, about the lack of shampoo and soap (at least on the first day) about the lack of a refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. But finally finished off the view from the window! . . not in the trash, but most likely on both. . . Having tried once again to talk with Ali's manager, I realized that he speaks perfect Russian! And understands me perfectly! But at least somehow help or do something, he is not going to! Moreover, when he heard about my complaints, he began to kick me out of the hotel! "If something does not suit you, move to another hotel !!!! " And he began to PUSH me in the shoulder ! ! and send me to collect things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! To say I was shocked is an understatement! I will not describe the appeal to the guide, about calling the hotline, etc. . I can only write one thing RUN from this hotel if you do not want to spoil your holiday! After this hotel and the most unpleasant communication with his manager Ali, I concluded - The main thing in rest is the staff that surrounds you !! !
