Hello dear tourists! I rarely write reviews, but here I considered it my duty to warn people who are going to this hotel about what to expect there. I don’t understand where all these rave reviews come from, but, as they say, the taste and color of felt-tip pens are different! If I took seriously the few negative reviews that there are about this hotel, I would definitely choose some other hotel, but here the confidence that so many people cannot lie played here. There is something to compare with, I have been traveling to Turkey for 12 years, I have seen different hotels: both expensive and not very expensive, but this hotel is not worth the money paid and does not deserve the title of De Luxe!
So, we rested with my family in July 2018. We arrived for 2 weeks. The first thing that horrified was the entrance group. The windows are dirty, there are smudges in the lobby, the reception desk is shabby. The room was not bad, spacious enough, in addition to two beds, for some reason there was also a sofa, a desk. The only plus of the room is a large dressing room. Shampoos, shower gel - with a terrible smell. Yes, keep in mind that a room with the so-called Land View is a room overlooking a wasteland and a piece of the city, and rooms overlooking the sea and the garden are crowds of mosquitoes and other strange insects + music and light rays through the windows from the hotel itself and hotels along neighborhood. The towels in the room were often changed to slightly dirty ones, I had to go and change them again, the bed was changed only once in 2 weeks, and then only the pillowcases. Well, we were not very upset, because we did not plan to be in the room often. Food! There is a lot of food and it is quite diverse, except for lunch, there is some kind of problem with lunch there! Bars, drinks - it's all there and in large quantities. Beach!! ! This is horror, not a beach! In the morning, there are cigarette butts, bottles, glasses and other waste in the sand, although, in theory, the beach should be clean in the morning, especially the one marked with the so-called Blue Flag! It is impossible to lie on the beach, most of the sunbeds are under the scorching sun, and those under the awning, there is a terrible steam room. Mattresses are a separate story, dirty, shabby. It’s scary to even touch such people, not to lie down on them. They lay on the pier, everything was fine there. In the evening, the pier is closed, do not take pictures, do not walk, do not sit! Rave! The animators themselves are absolutely not charismatic, downtrodden, intimidated. They are neither seen nor heard. The only thing that is very good with children. Spa! Smelly, dirty room - free, clean, good - paid! Nowhere in the description of the hotel is this mentioned! We went there, were horrified and left. I'm not talking about the woman at the reception at the spa, absolutely not friendly and not presentable, who only cared if we soiled the towels that we were given.
The hotel area is large, unkempt, overgrown, as if in some kind of jungle. Some people may like it, but I personally don't. And yes, in all zones 16+ children splash wonderfully, with and without parents. In what then this trick with restriction is not clear. Nobody makes a remark, respectively, it was not possible to relax there. In general, who else is thinking whether to go or not, my advice is not to go!!! ! There are better hotels! In Antalya, they were in Dolphins, in Titanic, Miracle, Sera, Baia, so there is something to compare with! Well, for those who have already booked and are traveling, I wish you not to lose heart: there is a sea, there is food, there is a bed! Personally, we will never return to this hotel and will never recommend it to others!
