There is no Internet in any of the halls where they eat, we needed it for the child. . . cartoons.... The 2nd big minus is the small rooms, although we ordered an improved one, but it was very small for us (families with 1 child). We met several Russian-speaking families who were also unhappy with the size of the rooms. 3rd is a real lack of elevators, there are 2 of them on each wing, but this is very small, they were waiting for the elevator for a long time all the time, they watched how clogged elevators drove past us, it's unpleasant! 4th I will tell you about food, there is a lot of food but every day is the same, and if you come for more than a week, then you will certainly get bored with it. Of the goodies for 12 days, shrimp and crabs were served 1 time, fish was for dinner every day but we didn’t eat it, because it’s terribly cooked there, fried in a huge vat of oil all evening, the oil is already brown but they don’t change it.... Fresh can not be called fresh, it is diluted with water and a lot of sugar has been added! The 5th problem is the most unpleasant !!!! The card from the number is the problem of the century!! ! We flew for 11 nights but the first 4 days my card refused to open my room 8 times!!! ! that the card that they gave you at the reception shows you Fak!! ! And so 3-4 times a day !!!! 3. You live on the 4th floor, you cannot open the doors and all you have to do is go to the elevator and go downstairs to reflash your card at the reception.....and elevators, as described above, are a problem !! ! And the last thing is a disregard for the staff, a real situation: we, me, a wife and a 2-year-old child are having dinner outside on the veranda, there is a large sign in all languages, which says: NO SMOKING in all languages, but the old German grandmothers smoked from several sides, all the smoke fell on the child, no one smokes in our family. . . I started arguing with these grandmothers, I realized that they didn’t understand me and I turned to the staff, showed them a sign and demanded that they don’t smoke shows here, the young guy called the supervisor, the supervisor called some manager or manager (small, old, bald, disgusting appearance, I explained to him what I was dissatisfied with, but this Mr.....n answered me that I am alone, and there are many of them and I have to endure the smoke from grandmothers, I will tolerate it, but I could not allow my son to breathe this muck. . .
